良かった
Pros:

地震でエレベーターが休止になってすぐ復旧したがフロントの方がすぐきてくれたので安心しました。

Cons:

チェックインの時に、コーヒーや氷などが無料で使用出きると説明があったら良かったなと思います。

Pros:

朝食コーナーが新しく、清潔になった。

Cons:

505号室のテレビ、1分に2-3秒暗くなるのが続いた。テレビを直してもらいたい。

また、利用させて頂きたいです。
Pros:

とにかくスタッフの方が優しかったです。
洗濯が出来て助かった。
朝は、サンドイッチとコーヒーとなっていたので
そう思っていたら　普通にバイキングもあり
申し訳ないと思うくらいに驚きました。
