Excellent choice. Hats off to the owner.
Pros:

Excellent place!! Location, comfort, excellent. Very very clean, spotless, very well maintained, very cozy . Meet our expectations. Kitchen has good utensils, kitchen aid. So easy to check in and check out. We were very impressed. We are traveling a lot. My wife was so happy here, she does want us to be back in oct. Thank you very much .

We had an enjoyable time!
Pros:

The location of this condo truly is ‘steps from the beach.’ We did not think twice about our visits to the water!

Cons:

The company who set up chairs and umbrellas along the beach left no space for us to throw down our towels and enjoy the view.

Good, clean condo and great location.
Pros:

Location was right on the beach and away from most of the crouds

Cons:

Need better black out curtains for bedroom. The front door light was pretty bright and acted like a strong night light in the bedroom

Quiet clean condo on amazing Destin Beach
Pros:

Very cute decor, clean, quiet in condo. Beach chairs, umbrella snd cooler also supplied. I experienced a problem that the property manager resolved quickly and completely. The communication and resolution was very quick and much appreciated! Nice to have a caring manager assist when needed and made my stay enjoyable.

Cons:

Wonderful balcony but view was mostly neighboring condo pool area and the bridge and sky. However short walk to beach and pool made it easy to see the beautiful sunset and sand.

Very nice clean unit!
Pros:

The condo was well outfitted and loved the facilities and the decor. It was very clean and beach access was great. Pool was very nice and the water was very well heated.

Cons:

Was very disappointed in the view. It was not clear that unit had no view of the beach, but rather a moving pod placed in the parking lot.

I liked how close the property was to the beach. Although I had a garden view, I like how this property had a balcony so you can enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee, as the sun rises:)
I like that the kitchen was fully equipped.

Cons:

This property seemed to be under construction when I stayed there. Appeared to be a bit sketchy when entering the building. Check in was at the gate and no one else was around to give any assistance to help find your room. However, I enjoyed my overall stay.

Beautiful week! Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary so it was actually a beautiful week!
Pros:

Destin is a beautiful place. Enjoyed the closed proximity of stores restaurants etc. I loved the ocean colors and spent a lot of time watching that. Happy with covered garage. The facilities of the condo were everything we needed and more. I would have preferred a condo with more of an ocean room .

Cons:

We were supposed to be notified with code to get into condo morning of arrival. Had to call property manager Who did respond. Difficulty finding place. Would have liked a better explanation. The word Jetty was never mentioned. We eventually found it by accident

I would love to be back every few months .
Pros:

Very beautiful and cozy. So sweet for my son’s birthday. Relaxing bed and couch , everything you need in the kitchen .
Everything you need in the whole apartment . Very clean . The ocean is very close . 100 feet from the elevator. You see boats all day from the marina . Calm waters .

A perfect blend for a relaxing visit.
Pros:

This fabulous condo on the beach has everything you need to enjoy a staycation meal or a walk to the beach/pool. The restaurants, the harbor, and Destin Commons are a few minutes away. Nothing is better than having a great meal and then, in a 5-minute drive, being back at the condo in your pajamas or taking a dip in the pool. The king-sized bed is extra firm, but it was not an issue. We brought our pillows because we always do. The condo has no ocean view, but we knew that when we booked. We highly recommend this property and hope you have a wonderful stay in Destin, Florida!
