Friendly service and cleanliness
The offered taxi service was a bit pricey compared to other services but convenient
This was very convenient for the final night of our stay in Sri Lanka. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was lovely. It was a very convenient place to stay, near the airport.
Stay close to airport, just what we needed
Top hotel om nacht voor terugvlucht te zitten. Lekker bed, schone kamer en regelen een taxi naar luchthaven.
We reached post midnight due to airport issues and yet the staff was very accommodating. Served us nice dinner at that hour. Really appreciate the staff's willingness to help out

お部屋も広く比較的快適でしたが、シャワーは水圧がとても弱く、使い続けていると止まったり、お湯が出たり水になったりしました。

Food was excellent. Very comfortable, clean room. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Great location close to the airport but not noisy. Very easy to arrange a transfer to the airport that they were more than happy to add to my invoice so I could pay card for everything. There is also an ATM across the road at a supermarket.
The light switches were confusing and there was a remote for the ceiling fan which didn't work so I couldn't turn the fan on. Air conditioner remote also stopped working so I couldn't turn off the AC.

Convenient for the airport. Pleasent staff. Located in mixed residential/buisness area set a bit back from the busy main road. Noise not intrusive. Nearby store and restaurant. Room reasonable size, not palatial. Facilities as advertised. Decent shower. Breakfast, egg, sausage, fruit and toast, ample but not exceptional. Good pre-arranged airport pickup, although relied on WhatsApp.
Would have been nice if the aircon had been on prior to our arrival.
Convenient for airport. Well organised transfer. Helpful staff. Breakfast of fruit, toast, eggs and sausage, nothing special but perfectly adequate. Clean, reasonably comfortable room.
Bonus views of the fruitbats at dusk in the trees opposite. Supermarket and Jaadi restaurant just 2 minutes walk away. The main road is busy, the hotel is fairly quite, being on a side road.
It took a while for the air-conditioning to overcome the heat soaked fabric of the building when first entering the room. Got there in the end though.
