Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel. Soit vous êtes côté route et c’est hyper bruyant soit comme nous vous n’êtes pas côté rou

L’accueil des deux jeunes hommes à l’accueil qui étaient sympathiques.

Une chambre sans fenêtre pour nous

Muy bonito hotel pero no pude dormir absolutamente nada con la bulla. Incluso domingo. Ni un momento sin gritos, musica en altísimo volumen, etc.

Cons:

On a busy street so quite noisy at times. Especially because of the sewer cover in the street in front of the hotel.

Cons:

Todo son fotos la cama es vieja, el hospedaje no cumple lo que es, la llave del lavabo estaba suelta, la puerta del baño no cerraba y hay muchas discotecas al frente y lado del hotel qué fue imposible conciliar el sueño.
No es para nada familiar.

Had a wonderful stay at Ronda Hotel Boutique by Chat Noir, a charming and intimate boutique hotel in the heart of Cuenca. The hotel is small but beautifully designed, with an eclectic vibe and cozy shared spaces that feel personal rather than corporate.

The location is perfect: just four blocks from Parque Calderón and a short walk to the New Town area, the Tomebamba River, and Parque de la Madre. I could explore the city on foot, easily finding restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions like Museo Catedral Vieja and Museo de las Culturas Aborigenes. My room was clean and comfortable, and had fast Wi-Fi and all the amenities. Breakfast was excellent which was tasty, plentiful, and varied.

Overall, Ronda Hotel Boutique by Chat Noir delivered a warm, authentic boutique experience with great service, a fantastic location, comfortable rooms, and super economical rates. We’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Cuenca.
