We loved our room. It was so quiet, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was amazing. The shower was bigger than our van ha

Very well appointed and comfortable

Cons:

We were told that their parking lot could accommodate a Sprinter Van, if they had enough spaces. If not, there were two parking lots “very close”. Upon arrival we were told that no, they could not accommodate a Sprinter Van. Ok, fair enough but the parking lot was a 15 minute walk-a bit long when carrying our luggage. Thank goodness we enjoyed the hotel so much .

Fun, quirky hotel located in the heart of Quebec City.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Walkable to everything in Quebec City. The hotel is fun and quirky, which is different from a lot of other hotels. It is also not crowded like the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac which is super crowded all the time with tourists and guests. The staff is welcoming and very accommodating. The bar is super cool and be sure to make a reservation to have drinks in the bar at least one night. The rooms are well appointed and large compared to other hotels. We chose a city view, so we had very large windows that made the room sunny and cheerful. This was our second stay at the hotel. We love staying here!

best hotel we have ever stayed. If you don't like this place you have a problem

had everything you would want plus. the location was near restaurants, cafes, stores and tourist sites like the hotel Frontenac the break neck stairs and rue de Champlain less than a ten minute walk. Bed was comfortable and the room even had a full service kitchen plus plenty of storage space

Cons:

we had one rainy afternoon we were stuck in the room and tv channel selection could have been better but i didn't go there to watch tv. Otherwise couldn't find anything else I didn't like

Would stay there again!
Pros:

Perfect location. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops and entertainment. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Very clean.

Best stay we've ever had!
Pros:

The best hotel we've ever stayed at and it's not even close! Every detail was handled to perfection. Staff at the hotel couldn't be nicer and helpful. Rooms are exceptional with every detail met to perfection. Best use of space I've ever seen in a hotel. We absolutely love the Monsieur Jean!

Perfect Location in Old Quebec
Pros:

Perfect location in Old Quebec City! We could not have asked for a better location. There is a great parking deck next-door with reasonable daily rates, actually less expensive than the hotel daily rate. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, extremely comfortable and offers music in the lounge several times a week. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with a fantastic shower and small kitchenette. We would definitely stay here next time we’re in QC

Cons:

We went for breakfast relatively early one day and had to wait quite some time for the buffet to be replenished, service was less than good, and it’s expensive for what you get. Much better options at restaurants nearby.

My wife went nuts with the A/C cold air blowing on her every night in the bed. We alerted the front desk but nothing could be done. The vent was almost at the ceiling.

Great unique Hotel with excellent service and spacious rooms.
Pros:

the hotel is well managed. attention to detail by the staff. The rooms were quiet and spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom is wonderful size with all toiletries needed.

The lack of outdoor space. The gym is small. The location is a busy touristic street.

Hi recommend this fun and comfortable boutique hotel!
Pros:

It was so quiet and yet well located near all the things we wanted to walk to. Everyone in the staff was quite friendly and the hotel was very clean. Loved the whimsical decor and also the very nice bar.
