Un vrai plaisir d’avoir un service hôtelier de qualité, toute l’équipe se plie en 4 pour nous.
L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de tous les commerces et restaurants. Les conseils de Mr Jean sont précieux pour une expérience incroyable.
Peut-être la redondance de l’offre proposée au petit déjeuner. Sur 3 jours, nous n’avons pas eu de changement …..
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour visiter Québec à pied, tout est immédiatement accessible. De plus, un parking payant (20$ par 24h) est juste à côté pour laisser sa voiture. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable et réactif, la décoration remarquable et le confort très bon.
Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré dans le studio que nous avons loué est l'éclairage (par exemple un point lumineux supplémentaire près du lit d'appoint), mais c'est un tout petit bémol!
This hotel hit it out of the park. The cleanest room I've seen since The Ritz, the friendliest staff, an extremely comfortable bed (I want the comforter!), quiet, pet-friendly, lovely bathroom, smart and stylish layout, and perfect location.
That I couldn't stay longer, lol! Truly, no notes.
Location was fabulous; the decor throughout the property was a delight; and our room was amazing!

We absolutely loved the Monsieur Jean. So many pluses: beautiful room, great kitchenette area, unbeatable location, excellent staff, and smooth valet parking arrangement. The fact it sits centrally in Old Quebec is a major plus.
We can be pretty 'particular', so the MJ Hotel "Particulier" was an apt spot for us to stay. It had quirky touches, which added a lot to its overall character and ambience. We just loved it.
The only thing we found lacking, in an otherwise great bathroom/shower area, was the lighting.
Beyond that quibble, we were so very happy we selected this hotel for our stay.

Location is perfect for exploring Quebec City! The hotel is quirky, special and unusual all at the same time, Lots of little surprises around every corner. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Staff is attentive and friendly.
