Accueil très sympathique dans un hôtel calme et confortable situé en face du château

Great location, and friendly hosts - the perfect base for a trip to Angers.
Pros:

What a location! Right opposite the chateau, and an easy walk from a host of excellent restaurants. Breakfast sitting out watching the world go by is a wonderful experience.
Our hosts could not have been more friendly and welcoming.
The room had air conditioning that saved us as we were travelling on days when the mercury was hitting 40 degrees. Angers is an amazing city, and this is the perfect place to base yourself for a visit.

Cons:

The flip side of the location is that there is no parking onsite. However, a little drive down the hill takes you to a lot on the other side of the river which serves as unofficial free parking for most of Angers seemingly.

Det var veldig varmt og uten air condition ble det vanskelig å sove. Viften på rommet hjalp lite.

Pros:

スタッフの方が非常に親切でした。
部屋は3階でしたが、チェックイン時にエレベーターが故障しているとの事で、スーツケース２つを階段で運んでくださりました。
また周辺の観光ポイントなど丁寧教えてくださったり、朝食も素敵なテラス席に通してくれたのち丁寧に楽しみ方を教えてくれたので宿泊を楽しむ事ができました。
翌日ピュイデュフー行きのシャトルバスに乗るための宿泊だったので1泊だけしかしなかったのがとてももったいなかったと感じます。
ロケーションはアンジェの象徴的なお城の目の前で、朝の散歩で城の周りを巡る事ができました。
部屋にチップは置きましたが荷物を上げてもらった時に渡せばよかったのが少し後悔しています。

Home away from home
Pros:

Comfortable bed , fabulous welcome and service , amazing location , good sound proofing from street noise , efficient air conditioning even in the extreme heat . Level of English of staff was very good

Cons:

We could hear people checking out early in the morning coming down the wooden stairs ( we were on the first floor ) - usually managed to fall asleep again

Perfect place for a visit to Angers!
Pros:

Five star service from Sammy, Christophe & Pierre and Dorian. We were made very welcome, and were given outstanding service from start to finish. We particularly enjoyed our breakfasts, and the central location of the hotel made our visit to Angers very successful . Highly recommended. Sammy is a gem!

Cons:

Only one thing! Increase the size of the shower, or of the shower door please.

Hotelito con encanto frente al Castillo. Habitación de tamaño correcto,cama cómoda y una atención amable por parte del personal. Lo recomendamos sin duda

Cons:

Al estar tan céntrico,el aparcamiento cerca es caro pero se puede aparcar en parking gratis al otro lado del río.

Good central location. Very good staff but noisy and small bed and room.
Pros:

Breakfast good but you have to book. You also have to book bike storage. Vry central and great helpful staff.

Very small room. Lot of street noise. Meaning windows closed and fan provided on all night.
