This is a generous and spacious size and scale of a place. Had such great atmosphere and
It was all fine. I would definitely stay again, most happily.
Posizione ottima.
Location
Bathroom floor tended to we wet at grout lines
The hotel looks very nice on pictures, located in beautiful historic building and has a lot of potential.
Everything in the the hotel and our room was very dated. The matrass is very soft, not comfortable to sleep. 4 out of 6 provided hangers were broken. The bathroom tiles are tight. They gave us only one big towel, another one was small, I did ask to bring the second big towel, but never received it.
Location
Poor Value
Isolation sonore inexistante. Rapport qualité prix très mauvais.
The hotel was grand and clearly full of history. The spa / leisure facilities were fab. Great central location to the castle and Stirling town centre and the hotel was spotless inside and outside. Breakfast and dinner was great with a good selection for both
The room didn't have any AC so was very warm (we stayed during a heatwave though). The shower was quite small, I did have to crouch to fit (I'm 5' 10").
Lovely friendly staff especially in the restaurant, did half board & evening food was amazing. Comfortable bar & fair price
Great location to walk into town.
Room a very good size
Second time staying & Observatory still closed. Very disappointed
£10 per day parking is wrong it should be free
