Hard Rock Cafe for World Cup football

Cons:

Terrible check in. Arrived at 2pm and were told we have to wait till 3pm, and for sure they had my room available. Totally inflexible and rather rude staff.

Hacia mucho frio en la habitación, apague el aire pero se seguia sintiendo frio.

El personal de recepción cuando llegamos nos hicieron sentir incómodos y hasta discriminados de ahí en adelante todos fueron super amables el señor que se encuentra en el área del desayunador es una persona muy amable y servicial
