Every Saturday the breakfast meal will be replaced with Brunch. Brunch timing from 11:00 to 15:00.

الموقع وتغير الغرفة عند إبداء انزعاجي ولكن الحال واحد.
الأثاث متهالك ، اغلب الإنارات في السرير لا تعمل الستائر اغلبها سيئة حجزت بناء على التقيمات لكن للأسف الفتدق يحتاج إلى تطوير او تخفيض النجوم لان في جميع الفندق الممرات متسخة المصاعد في حال يرثى

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing compared to my previous experiences at this hotel.
The most serious issue occurred when the hotel staff received a call from the previous guest claiming they had forgotten some belongings. Without verifying the room status, a staff member entered our room and was about to remove our luggage, believing it belonged to the previous guest. Fortunately, we arrived just in time and stopped them.
I repeatedly explained that the room had already been assigned to us, but the staff member insisted until he contacted the reception. Only then did he realize that the room was occupied by new guests and that the previous guest's belongings had already been transferred to the lost and found.
This incident reflects poor communication between hotel departments and, more importantly, a serious breach of guest privacy. It could have resulted in the loss of our personal belongings due to a preventable internal mistake.
I hope the hotel reviews its procedures and provides better staff training to ensure this never happens again.
