حجزت في فندق. ( غاليريا -جده )

وسكنت بالغرفة. 7705 ومن اول ما دخلت كانت الشاشة خربانه وابلغتهم بذلك وحضر فني بعد حدود 3 ساعات وبالليل في وقت النوم ومتاخر ولم يقوم باصلاحها وابلغني بانه سوف يحضر شخص آخر غيره وحضر بعد يوم. ولم تصلح الشاشه فأبلغني بانه لابد من حضور شخص ثالث لاصلاحها وللاسف لم تصلح فابلغني بحضور شخص آخر ولم ياتي الا بعد يوم وفي ساعة متاخرة ووقت النوم.وكذلك لم يستطيع الاصلاح وابلغني بحضور فني آخر رقم. 4 وحضر قبل مغادرتي بيوم ولم يستطيع اصلاحها وابلغني بانه يقوم بتغيير الشاشه خلال 10 دقايق 0000 وخرجت في اليوم الرابع ولم ياتي والشاشة لا زالت لم تعمل وتشتغل 0000
آمل انصافي مما حصل لي من :
- الازعاج الذي تلقيته من دخول عامل وخروج الآخر وفي اوقات قد تكون الراحه والنوم 0
- الضغوط النفسية من مواعيدهم في الاصلاح والمماطلة 0
- ⁠وغير ذلك مما حصل 0
والبوكنق هو من جعلني احجز في هذا الفندق وورطني فيه 0
وانقلبت اجازتي قلق وازعاج 0
ومن الآن لا انصح بالتعامل مع الفندق
الوضع سيء0
غير انني طلعت ونزلت الى الاستقبال كثير من المرات في التواصل بالتليفون
وسوف اضطر للشكوى في حالة عدم رد اعتباري فيما تلقيته الى. هيئة السياحة 0
