Really good hotel, and staff :) we will recommend it!

The staff was friendly and very helpful :)
The room view was really nice as well! And there is everything you need in the room!

Cons:

I would have loved more options at the breakfast and also there were kids in the hotel so we thought it was not an adults only hotel.

Excellente expérience au Bankerhan Hotel ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour explorer la ville, tout en restant très calme, sans aucun bruit gênant pour bien se reposer. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, varié et composé de produits frais. L'ambiance y est très agréable. Une super adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Tolles Hotel für ein langes Wochenende - super Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach fantastisch. Das Hotel liegt nicht zu weit oben, so dass man problemlos überall hinlaufen kann. Die Straßenbahn T1 ist in 3min zu erreichen. Wir haben die bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Blaue Moschee etc.) aber auch gut zu Fuß erreicht (25 min).
Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße - wir haben jede Nacht in sehr bequemen Betten mit geöffnetem Fenster geschlafen. Das Personal ist sensationell, es reagiert schnell und es waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unser Zimmer war recht klein, aber für unser langes Wochenende vollkommen ausreichend. Ohne Schrank.
Wir würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

It was alright for a night
Pros:

The location and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room was very small. The bathroom has a translucent door.

Pros:

Классная гостиница. В 3 минутах от Галатской башни. Всё близко, особенно трамвай. Спасибо персоналу за качественное обслуживание и своевременную уборку

I really enjoy the stay in this hotel and plan to come back :)
Pros:

I like breakfast very much. I like that hotel provided me the room more comfortable to work. very happy that there was a refrigerator. Location was perfect to metro, ferry and downtown.

Cons:

Location was a bit hard to find, maybe hotel can provide some more detail plan how to find it, even taxi drivers, not all can reach the hotel :). Room conditioning system was not manageable, meaning that you cannot control the temperature, speed etc. But I appreciate the stuff, who really cooperate to find the solution, and I could stay in the same room.
