Good Location, quiet and peaceful room
Pros:

I really liked the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The air conditioning worked very well, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also convenient, just a 3–4 minute walk from Karakoy tram station. However, the hotel is situated on a steep street, so reaching it requires walking uphill, which can be a bit challenging.

Cons:

There were a few things I didn’t like during my stay:

1. The lighting in the room was quite poor. Some areas were very dim, and a few spots were completely dark. At times, I had to use my phone’s flashlight.
2. There was no coffee/tea kettle in the room. Nowadays, most hotels provide this basic facility for guests to make their own tea or coffee, so this was a bit disappointing.
3. Room cleaning was not consistent. Although the staff were polite and friendly, my room was cleaned only once during my 4-night stay, which was not sufficient.

Pros:

Excellent stay! The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and organized. The room was comfortable, spacious enough, and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cons:

Very good location, clean hotel, and comfortable rooms. The only downside was that water leaked from the shower area onto the bathroom floor. Everything else was great.

Lovely hotel with good location
Pros:

We loved the hotel room and the staff. It was all lovely. It was also clean. We also loved the location. That was one of the reasons we chose it for. Not too far from the bridge to get to Sultanahmet area and such and in the lovely area near Galata tower. We will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Convenient location, safe, clean and great service
Pros:

It was a great location, room was comfortable, clean and provided slippers, toothbrush set which was very useful. The reception was very helpful and it’s great they are there 24hours manning the entrance, adds to safety factor

A great stay. Step out the front door and your right into Istanbul's unique atmosphere.
Pros:

Loved the location in the Galata Tower area. Great laneways to explore, little traffic. Interesting shops and good cafes.

Cons:

It would have been nice to get a better view but excellent large window that allowed natural lighting in and blinds that could control the light.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Istanbul
Pros:

Bell'Hotel in una struttura di design, ben ristrutturata. Posizione fantastica sotto la torre di Galata e a pochi minuti dal ponte di Galata. La via era tranquilla e silenziosa . Camera spaziosissima e confortevole. Ideale per visita della città.

Cons:

La colazione poco varia ( abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti ma sia il dolce che il salato era quasi sempre uguale).
Poca varietà anche se sufficiente.
La camera era scarsamente illuminata.
