Osebje zelo prijazno.
Stara nogavica ob postelji. Tudi, ko sva rekla, da se naj odstrani - se ni.
Postelja je preveč škripala.
Gyönyörű helyen van, nagy erkélyes szobát kaptunk elképesztő kilátással. Nagy és tiszta a fürdőszoba. Az étteremben óriási volt a kínálat, de kevés ízlett abból, amit kóstoltam. A wellness kellemes, amikor mi mentünk nem voltak sokan.
Kevéssé volt barátságos a személyzet. Egész éjjel dorbézolt egy társaság, képtelenség volt aludni tőlük. A házak között nem lehet közlekedni, körbe kell járni az egész tömböt, és nem egyértelmű, hogy hol lehet bejelentkezni. A parkoló már elhanyagolt. A matrac nagyon kényelmetlen, az ágy nyikorog - hátfájással fáradtan ébredtem. A vacsora nagyon drága volt, 35 EUR/fő!
We really enjoyed localisation and mountain view from the balcony. Perfect and good quality breakfast. Nice pool.

The location is amazing and the price affordable.the location was accommodating for our late arrival.
We came at 11pm and we were instantly surprised by a loud party in one of the locations on site. The location is in the forest and we really didn't expect a full on loud student party. But that would still be okay if in our building in the cellar there wouldn't be a birthday party with full on music which prevented us from going to sleep before 1:30 in the morning. We did mention the party at the reception asking if we will be able to sleep and the receptionist said: of course you will. I would expect that the location would inform us upfront and give us an option to cancel or give us a different room. I suspect we were just unlucky this weekend, but still...
Very good approach from the staff, they were supportive to us during unpleasant situation with having a sick child
