Spacious and Elegant Guest House with En-Suites available in Canary Wharf

Lock to room didn't work. No Duvet on the bed. Mould in the bathroom

The host's attention was directed to the condition of the microwave and kettle, which were individually in need of replacement and rescaling.
The bed was tired and sunk in some areas. Window was covered by a sheet and could not be opened.
There is a greater need for attention to detail as this is a hospitality product sold to customers.

The heating was on and there wasn't any know to turn it down in the room.

Nothing, everything was perfect and I would give this a 10/10 recommendation.

The first day I arrived I was put into a room which I hadn’t booked to because of maintenance issues in the room I had booked purposefully because of the en-suite and had paid extra for that room, then when I asked for compensation for the night I was told that it would be considered and then asked for a follow up to which there was no reply. I had then been transferred to the en-suite room the next morning and when checking out the bathroom there were toenail clippings on the rug and when I had messaged I was told to have a look in the dryer and if there wasn’t one available that I will be given one the next day. That’s something that put me off the whole stay as it showed how the place was not hygienic at all! Upon changing the bath mat I tried to have a shower which was not warm at all and when speaking to the cleaner to ask if he could have a look at it to get it warm he said it’s not powerful and that that’s the best it will be. I will not be returning back here at all!

I got a parking ticket despite following the instructions.

La cocina sucisima en general, suelo sucio, microondas, nevera y mesa de la cocina..todo sucio! El baño es compartido y también muy sucio, cosas por medio, cepillo de dientes usado, champús tirados por el baño, un vaso asqueroso en el lavavo..la cadena del bater sucia..y por último la habitación: la cama muy dura y las almohadas eran más bien cojines o almohadas enanas y planas. Una de las dos ventanas del ático rota y no se podía abrir..los cajones sucios y un armario de tela asqueroso también. La moqueta de las escaleras muy sucia y el jardín de la parte de delante estaba sin arreglar, no estaba en uso , no había donde estar. Una pena, porque la casa estaba en general en estado de abandono y una sensación de suciedad por todas partes. No lo recomiendo en estas condiciones de poca higiene.
