🌸 Warm Hospitality That Made Our Stay Special

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was extremely humble, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel itself was top-notch, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

A special mention to the cook/chef — the food was really nice, and they were kind enough to prepare it as per our preferences, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Looking forward to visiting again! ❤️

Good place to stay near New-Delhi railway station
Pros:

The Hotel is very near to the New-Delhi railway station and easy to access and less than few minutes by walk. We reached there during a heavy rainy day by car. The Hotel staff assisted us to get to the Hotel. Due to rain the way to the Hotel was not okay but the staff took us through alternative way. The room was spacious for a family of four. The breakfast was also good.

Cons:

We checked-in in two different days. The first day, the bed Linen and pillow cover was bit dirty and looked like not changed. I informed the same to the staff and he promised that he will take a look.
The second time the room was made better and the Linen and cover was clean.

Ubicació aprop estació, neteja i bon tracte.
Pros:

L'ubicació ideal just a 1 minut de l'estació de tren de Nova Delhi.

La neteja de les instal·lacions, la tranquila terrassa on menjar o pendre alguna cosa, i la facilitat per aconseguir SIM Índia, simplement vaig demanar al mostrador i un agent va venir i vam fer el tràmit.

Cons:

No et donen clau del dormitori compartit, així que cada vegada que has d'anar-hi has de demanar a recepció i un empleat t'acompanya.

Potser no és la opció més recomanable per dormitori compartit, però segur que per habitacions privades sí

Pros:

The breakfast was nice with good variety , the room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water had excellent pressure. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They will come out to accompany you, help with your luggage, arrange transport, or even walk with you when you need to get picked up or dropped off as it’s located in a pedestrian only street.

Cons:

The location is just opposite the railway station, which is convenient for some travelers but the road can get quite busy with heavy traffic so taxi apps will not pick you up. But there are plenty of tuk tuks. The hotel is located right in the middle of a market so the surroundings can feel overwhelming.
