The café was so-so in terms of variety. Sandwiches were available but no hot breakfast that I could tell…. Super nice people and café internet quite okay, but not particularly good food

Todo bastante correcto. Los baños tenían algo de cal, pero estaban bastante correctos por lo demás todo bien. Sábanas viejas, pero más o menos bien
The staff and reception was amazing and very helpful. The bathroom exceeded the standard of such a hotel in Delhi. Staff were very accommodating. The place is really clean.
This is not within the control of the hotel. The way to the hotel from the main road is quite off putting due the the state of the alleys but were told of major redesign happening soon.

Location, if you are traveling with family you have to walk from road till hotel almost 400 meter which is not good at all, when i booked this hotel i thought every facility is available there, but i was unfortunately not satisfied

Everything, is a hidden gem in the middle of Delhi. The staff was amazing and they always had cold water in the freezer for us. I recommend to any European to visit there
The rooms were clean and comfortable and near to station. Tanvir also advice regarding local sightseeing.
Near to station but the initial entrance looks shabby but as soon as I entered the hotel it was pleasant feelinh.

My home in Delhi.
We enjoyed our stay here. It is located very close to Delhi station so is very convenient. Plenty of food and shopping options on your doorstep. It can take a little time to find the hotel from the main road when you first arrive. When you arrive though, it's a little hidden away gem!
The room didn't have any windows, but we knew this in advance. Despite this, the room was clean, comfortable and super quiet.
The bed was lovely, plenty of hot water available and strong WiFi.
Breakfast was served on the rooftop and was mostly excellent. The chole curry they serve was absolutely delicious!
Staff on the whole were great. When I asked for the closest spot to buy some yoghurt, one staff member personally accompanied me and helped me purchase what I needed - a nice touch!
The only annoyance we had was with breakfast.
The food was mostly great, however one staff member up there kept asking us to leave a 5* review despite him not actually doing his job much at all. The tables were always messy, we had to ask them to clear them for us to be able to sit down on more than one occasion
At times there was hardly anyone else up there, yet it was still a mess. We had to ask for the (albeit delicious) items at breakfast to be replenished a lot. All they wanted was pictures and to ensure we left a 5* review.
It was a bit annoying if I'm honest and the only sour note of our time here!

Homophobic hotel. I couldn't sleep with my partner and I lost the money because I had to book another hotel. Moreover my partner was a local guy and there was more discrimination against him for being local. I don't know if the fact that my partner was Muslim was another criteria that they avoided me to bring him.
Homophobia, xenophobia against their own citizens, asking personal information about what we would do in the room.
