Comida es rica. El personal casi siempre amable.

Cons:

El precio reflejado en booking es diferente. Los cobros por todo son exagerados. La salida al muelle la cobran. No me sentí atendida sino pagaba.

Cons:

El cobro de $600.000 (Usd 200) consumibles, por sentarse alrededor de una chimenea y consumibles en máximo 2 horas.
No tener un solo sitio para fumadores. Y te cobran USD300 por fumar aun fuera del area de las habitaciones y del hotel. Nos tocó salir en carro, casi 10 minutos, a las afueras de toda el área de hotel. Nos ven como gente extraña y de malos hábitos. Considero el alcohol un perjuicio mayor, y eso si, se ve en todas partes dentro del hotel.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, habitaciones limpias, buen desayuno.

Cons:

Con una semana de anticipación traté de comunicarme para programar o contratar un servicio del hotel para una propuesta de matrimonio. No respondieron ni por WhatsApp y nunca contestaron teléfono. Pésimo servicio al cliente. El día del Check-In salieron con excusas de que la señal es muy mala, temporada alta y otras... Un hotel de alto perfil debe tener respuestas y atención a sus clientes.... Llamé mas de 10 veces por teléfono, llamadas por WhatsApp y mensajes escritos por WhatsApp pero nunca obtuve respuesta.... solamente un correo electrónico que escribí a servicio al cliente pero allí si se disculparon y dieron un numero de contacto de Concierge para comunicación para la actividad. Nunca contestaron... Tocó ingeniar hacer una celebración especial de la mejor manera porque el hotel nunca atendió ni ofreció propuestas o soluciones.... El restaurante Praia es enfatico en decir que hay codigo de vestimenta para asistir al restaurante... Ver personas en chanclas, bermudas y otras es una burla para los que si cumplen con dicho requisito

IMPECABLE !
Pros:

El Hotel es aboslutamente ESPECTCULAR en diseño y soy Arquitecta Diseñadora entonces sé del tema bastante. Impecable. Además el servicio del personal es INCREIBLE. Nos hemos alojado en muchos hoteles y no le llegan a los tobillos en servicio a este. Bravo.
