Location is great. Great hot water and water pressure. It was easy for me to get to my appointments, and get around Bangkok.
the room smelled moldy. It may have not been used for some time. But that should not be a reason to stay here.
Everything! I like the facilities, breakfast and the room looks premium and worth the stay.
Maybe the location cuz its quite far from center and you have to walk but Grab App is there so its okay
Bed was comfortable, Lighting was adequate, amenities such as hairdryer, toiletries and robes and slippers were provided as well as a small fridge. TV was easy to operate and had a decent selection of channels in multiple languages.
Cleanliness was below average, wear and tear around hotel was obvious from common areas to hallways and room. Tiny elevators and one was broken for our entire stay. Very slow. The wifi was very slow, could not work with it. Breakfast was mediocre at best. It was next to Impossible to get your room serviced. One day we had to chase a housekeeper down. the second day they never cleaned our room and we checked out at 7pm forfeiting a paid night and went to another hotel. The hotel itself seemed quiet but noise from the street disturbed our sleep, even though our room was not on the street? (It was hard to figure that one out) The room was very small/tight for two people. It would be okay for one person. There was also a faint musty smell/damp feel to the AC which concerned me. We booked this hotel based on past reviews and the general area we wanted to be in. (Yes, It was a good price but we did not book for the price - we noted other hotels had similar - lower than expected pricing - so we assumed it it was a seasonal thing - but now we wonder.) Probably at one time this was a pretty nice property. However, something is wrong now. I don't want to speculate: I'll just say We checked out early and lost some money because the vibe/feel is not good here. We cannot recommend anyone stay here.
The staffs are friendly and nice. The breakfast is ok dont expect alot of varieties.
The bed is too soft for me.

L’emplacement était loin des principaux axes de Bangkok.
On nous a attribué une chambre à l’étage 5 où l’odeur de la moisissure était catastrophique. Heureusement que le personnel était très réactif et nous ont rapidement changer de chambre parce que je suis asthmatique. Les fenêtres de l’hôtel ne s’ouvrent pas et le petit déjeuner est très basique.
The room is small but designed so that it is quite spacious and modern, there is a seperate shower room and toilet.
The pool doesn't have any pool chairs.
Really well located to be able to go out for anything, shopping, restaurants, brunch…
