Pros:

お風呂とトイレが別々だったこと。またお風呂はリフォームされていてとてもきれいで快適でした。
フロントの方も親切でした。

Cons:

エアコンの効きが悪いのか、ジメっとした印象でした。
床がきしむ、電源がベッドの枕元になかったので、枕の位置を足元と入れ替えました。
あと、浴室・トイレともにドアの締まりが悪くぴっちり閉まらなかったのは気になりました。

ウェルカムドリンク、朝食が美味しかった

禁煙なのにタバコの臭いのするタオルだった
フロントの店員さんがタバコ臭かった（一部）
店員さんの身だしなみがホテルマンらしくなかった
部屋が使いづらかった

Passable
Pros:

Like always and everywhere in Japan, very friendly and nice welcome.

Cons:

Not impressed about the quality for the price. The hotel is located is an industrial and poor region.
