Pros:

It was close to haram

Cons:

No toothpaste, tooth brush, cleaning was unsatisfactory, bath tub without plug, no curtain, no break fast no parking.

The bedroom it’s little good

Cons:

The staff very bad and don’t answer for me
And from morning the staff make noise in the hotel
And make service front my room and I told him to stop many time and he didn’t answer for me
I don’t like it
I will be happy if I have full refund

قرب من الحرم

Cons:

غير نظيف وغرفة صغيرة جدا كمًا الاثاث سيئ
ولا يوجد خدمة عملاء ترد على الهاتف لتلبية احتياج النزيل على مدى فترة اقامتي كلها
كما لايوجد موظف استقبال
عمال النظافة هم من يستقبلون النزلاء في الاستقبال
كما انه وقعت حادثة مؤلمة بالفندق. حيث سقط طفل من الدور السابع من خلال النافذة ولم يكن الموظفون المسؤولون في الفندق موجوديين
حيث تواجدو بعد حضور الجهات الرسمية بعد نصف ساعة

Pros:

موقع الفندق قريب جدا من الحرم النبوي
وللأمانة موظف الإستقبال شخص محترم

لم يتم الموافقة على استخدام مواقف الفندق بداعي انها مخصصة لادارة الفندق ( طابقين اثنين )
الغرفة غير نظيفة تماما ( الأرضيات والأسرة ) والاغطية ومفارش الأسرة مستخدمة من قبل وغير نظيفة وتم طلب تغييرها جميعا من خدمة الغرف وأود أن اشكر عامل خدمة الغرف للاستجابة وتغيير كامل مفارش وأغطية الأسرة .
لا توجد اي مرفقات ضيافة بالغرفة من ماء وقهوة أو شاي وأي مشروبات .
لا توجد مرفقات بدورة المياه سوى فقط صابون يد
ضوضاء بالموزعات امام الغرف والتدخين من بعض النزلاء
