Very small lift, not ideal for suitcases. We had issues with our electricity, it was annoying but sorted by the staff after a short wait … twice.

Per quanto carino e centrale, per i miei settimanali viaggi a Roma cercherò alternative più adatte !

Hotel carino e soprattutto centralissimo, e ad un prezzo accattabile per l'impazzimento di Roma

Cons:

Per accedere al WIFI è obbligatorio inserire la propria email ( Vecchio trucco per attingere a dati sensibile )
Aria Condizionata centralizzata che, dopo aver chiesto ed ottenuto di spegnerla , la stanza è rimasta fredda tutta notte.
La doccia non erogava acqua, ovviamente me ne sono accorto al mattino , ed era troppo tardi per porvi rimedio.
Ciliegina sulla torta, alla reception, la signora che mi ha fatto il check-out è stata frettolosa e quasi maleducata, alla mia richiesta di avere la ricevuta cartacea, mi ha risposto testuale" che era una cosa lunga non poteva farla" con grande pazienza le ho spiegato le mie ragioni e pian piano si è ravveduta, e per farmela ci ha messo 3 minuti, ed infine si è applicata a chiamarmi un taxi ( una avventura per chi frequenta Roma )

Ayrıca otelin bulunduğu sokakta Romanın en meşhur kahvaltı mekanlarından birisi olan Barnum Roma (Campo de' Fiori)mevcut. Otele 5 dk mesafede ama önünde sıra beklemek gerekiyor.
Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve her konuda ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar.

Cons:

Otel klima sistemi merkezi olduğu için kapatamıyorsunuz maalesef, kahvaltısı çok yetersiz. Havlular siz talep etmezseniz değişmiyor.

My stay was disappointing. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Not worth the money!!

No shelf or place to put our toiletries, in the shower. The water would come out of the shower after opening the door to get out. Lots of noise from the rooms next door which were storage rooms for the hotel. The noises were after midnight and early morning hours between 3-5 am. They were loud pounding noises which would wake us up. No windows in the rooms. Our room was across the main building. All of these rooms located across the main building were similar. Definitely, not worth the money.

Unpleasant experience with this hotel. Probably the worst hotel that I ever been in my whole life.

The location of the hotel was great for us, nothing else.

Cons:

The rooms were not what I was expected. Small, not too clean and smelly. I had a feeling that we were sleeping on the street. Big noise all night , honestly I can find one little nice thing to say about this hotel. Do not book, you will be very disappointed.
