Only stay if you’re wanting a good location.
Pros:

The location was the best thing about this hotel. The staff did help us coordinate a driver when requested.

Cons:

The layout is weird going to the room. The hallway has many turns and unexpected steps up and down. Even in the room itself there is an extra step down from the hall into the room. The edge of one of the beds is exposed so my husband ran into many times during our stay. The do not disturb function was broken but the staff acted like we were just too dumb to work it. When she finally realized it really was broken, she didn’t even offer a paper sign to display. The AC is very slow and somewhat weak in the room. This was an extremely expensive hotel for what we got.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho el hotel, es chiquito pero agradable

Cons:

Se escuchaba un poco de ruido de otras habitaciones, el personal tuvo intento de ayudar pero no lograba apoyarnos con traslados por una huelga que sucede al parecer todos los lunes y viernes de mayo, gracias a Dios funciona uber, el desayuno es muy costoso y no vale la pena

I really enjoyed my stay there.

Lage gut , unterkunft fraglich,
Pros:

Wir waren nicht darauf gefaßt das wir in einer neu restaurierten 20 m langen, ohne Fenster und kalten Garage untergebracht sind. Dafür war der Preis zu teuer!!!

La peggior esperienza della mia vita
Cons:

Grave presenza di muffa sulla parete del letto e finestra, con odore intenso e persistente tale da rendere l'ambiente insalubre e difficilmente respirabile. Irrespirabile anche per la quantità di profumazione ambiente spruzzata per tentare di coprire l'odore della muffa.
Ritengo inaccettabile che una struttura 4 stelle assegni una camera in tali condizioni, con evidenti rischi per la salute e un comfort nettamente al di sotto degli standard
dichiarati e pagati.
Inoltre ho trovato la porta della mia camera lasciata aperta dopo il servizio di pulizia, circostanza immediatamente segnalata alla reception. Nella stessa occasione ho constatato che il pigiama che avevo lasciato da me piegato sul letto, l'ho ritrovato gettato a terra. Si tratta di episodi gravi che denotano scarsa attenzione e mancanza di cura verso l'ospite.
Inaccettabile non aver ricevuto nessun rimborso o scontistica.
Se mi avessero comunicato che la stanza fosse in quelle condizioni non avrei accettato di pernottarci neanche gratuitamente. Ero in vacanza a Roma, e il mio soggiorno in questo hotel ha trasformato la vacanza in puro stress, tanto da anticipare il mio ritorno a casa. Davvero vergognoso !

La posizione è perfetta, nella parte più bella ed autentica dei vicoli di Roma, con tutto il centro storico a portata di piacevole passeggiata.
L'hotel è accogliente e pulito, la stanza ben arredata e comoda.
