This hotel offers a fantastic location with a stunning view. The room and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation to the cruise port. I highly recommend this place.
The rooms are simple and clean, the location is a fun local vibe. It's right on the peninsula and the restaurant was delicious!
The price was a little steep for the accommodations.
The location was amazing and this was the best value for the money we found during our trip to Puerto Rico. We were steps from a wonderful, calm beach. I would have definitely replaced our time in Isla Verde for more time in Palo Seco. It's super easily accessible from OSJ by ferry and a quick uber ride. Also, we had no issue catching an Uber to the airport. The attached reasturaunt was a very good and affordable and also had breakfast when we were there. It's a short walk to Isla de Cabras but the private hotel beach is probably the best place to swim anyways. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The room was a tiny bit musty until you turned on the air-conditioning but nothing that would deter a stay.
Exceptional location! Beach front private with restaurant and bar. Who needs more?
Si, muy buen lugar
Absolutely nothing. No one there to check us in. Had to move to a different location. We called and told them that we were there and they never showed up. They are still trying to charge us.
Location is terrible, bad part of town
Nothing hate it. Worst mistake if my life
Very racist the owner/Manager

This hotel is located near a beautiful beach, and has access pathways to the beach. Through the room’s window we enjoyed the ocean view. Room was clean and comfortable. Stuff was friendly. The hotel also provided free WiFi.
I had to find a hotel at the last minute when my flight was cancelled. All the hotels in the area were charging premium prices. I knew I was overpaying for this hotel due to high demand. The room was fine and everything worked but the general facilities were rather basic. The room was clean and I felt safe but the area in general is not that attractive (besides being in PR).
The price was my biggest complaint. Although the hotel is on the beach, the beach is very narrow and not very conducive to hanging out on or swimming. For over $300 a night I would expect nicer facilities and a better location.
It was my 3rd time staying. Just love the place and the beers are super cold.

The staff who work there are very friendly, and the owners are too. I liked the beach area at the back of the hotel; you have access through the hotel's private gate. It also has its own bar and restaurant (not included in the hotel price), and they also play music.
I didn't like that they control the room's air conditioning themselves. When you arrive, they give you a note with instructions on how to turn it on by pressing a red button. The air conditioner is already set to 70 degrees Celsius; you can't raise or lower it because they don't give you a remote control. My husband and I were uncomfortable because it would get cold, and I had to turn it off completely, and then it would get hot again, and I had to get up to turn it back on. It was a bad experience. I've stayed in many hotels and Airbnbs, and I've never had this problem. Also, the room smelled musty. For the price they charge, this shouldn't happen.
