Excelente.
Pros:

El personal es amabilísimo, las instalaciones muy buenas, la cama muy cómoda y en general todo es excelente. Me encantaron las vistas también, especialmente desde la piscina. La ubicación es muy buena con cafeterías cerca y en GRAB (el Uber local) puedes llegar a cualquier punto de interés de la ciudad en 10 minutos por 1 ó 2 euros.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega, hay algún punto de mantenimiento que puede mejorar como la papelera del baño que necesita ser reemplazada. Algo más de fruta en el desayuno.

Perfect place to stay!
Pros:

Everything! I highly recommend this hotel. The property itself is excellent, and the staff were truly outstanding. I’m especially grateful because I accidentally left something in my room, and they kindly arranged to have it sent back to me. Everything about my stay was wonderful, and I would happily return in the future.

Manque de rangement valises ns étions 3 personnes et 3 valises on ne savais pas où les mettre.

Great hotel!! Very friendly stuff, perfect rooms, delicious breakfast, very cool sky bar with a nice pool. And if you have any question or need support in organizing something, ask SOKHAI. The Lady is great!! She is working at the reception.

Pros:

The staff were very kind and extremely helpful throughout the VAT invoice process. I really appreciate their support.

Cons:

It would be great if the breakfast menu could offer a little more variety and change slightly each day, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

Po długiej podróży - prawie dwudziestogodzinnej -udało się zameldować wcześniej. była to dla nas niesamowita ulga i pomoc.
Hotel był czyściutki, śniadania bardzo smaczne , a personel bardzo uprzejmy i profesjonalny.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are very roomy and the beds are very comfortable. The staff helps you with everything, like they helped us with a tour to Oudong and recommended activities in the cit and they are extremely nice, they even learned me a bit of Khmer. The breakfast is a nice mix of local and western food. The spa is good and also the garden cafe has great coffee. On top of that, the sky bar is amazing and has a happy hour. The gym is big with the right equipment and it's a very nice pool. And the hotel is Cambodian owned, so you also support the local economy to the fullest.

Cons:

The location could be a little bit better, but a cheap tuktuk takes you anywhere in seconds.

Relatively clean and nice facilities for pool and gym.

Cons:

Furniture needs to be updated, staff is polite but they all seemed very busy on their cell phones even in the breakfast area. They didn’t seem as welcoming and warm as competitors hotel.

One lady on reception was really nice and helpful she spoke really good english .and is an asset ..

Cons:

The area wasnt very nice and the breakfast was awful ..bathroom needed up dating . There was a book in room stating price for breakages and damages which was very off putting ..as even included cups .Even though the mirror in bathroom was broke and the sink stopper was snapped .on entering property .
