Accordingly we have booked 4 ac rooms but as we have reached the hotel, he said that he didn't reserved 4 rooms and told us that he didn't received enough information and Pre-payment, and moreover he was not communicating properly, like we aren't the guests so after arguing many time we bargained at 3 non ac rooms at the hotel and 3 other guests had to go to the different hotel which he also owns so we got 1 room somewhere else so very very bad experience their on his hotel so I request you to not book this hotel, instead there are many good hotels nearby so please look into that.

Cons:

The Bhayya in charge of the property asked us to pay Rs.300/- extra to the amount already paid online. The person who leased the property later argued through phone that, the online platform, Booking.com is sharing only 50% of the total amount, with which he couldn't run the hotel. Last month he met with a loss of 10K. So, we are urged to pay Rs. 300/- or at least 150/-. If not, there will be no rooms in the property. At last we paid 150/- more. Very rude behavior. Don't go for this Property. Or you will be threatened to pay more amount.

It’s an affordable option but nothing special and quite run down
Pros:

The A/C was working.

Cons:

The pictures are fake. The room was quite run down. No blankets. No toilet paper. The communication with the owner wasn’t very good. Although he was friendly I felt betrayed because he charged us 200 rupees extra per day.

Unpleasant stay
Pros:

The location from city center and temple

Cons:

The rooms allotted were less than booked. They double booked and expected the customer to call them and confirm even though it was fully paid. Thos was booking.com and then routed via OYO, who did not act well and just spoke.
On arrival and demand, they gave available 3 rooms and a room with a single bed.
There is no hot water in 2 rooms.

Overall, it's not a good stay, and I do not recommend people to go through booking.com or oyo for such things.
In one of the rooms, there were many ants and dust and not maintained. When asked, they said customers keep visiting and have no time to clean.

This will be last to book from booking.com
