Wonderful stay! We will be going back!
Pros:

Everything was great from the minute we walked in and were greeted. Staff were friendly and eager to assist with luggage, giving recommendations, etc. The restaurant on site had very good food and was convenient. They also offer room service. Rooms were immaculately clean, spacious and had nice high ceilings with a great view from our balcony

Cons:

The bar fridge did not work so we couldn’t keep our drinks cold which is pretty important in the 31 degree heat

Tranquilo y agradable
Pros:

Hotel la merced, es esplendido tanto sus instalaciones con estilo colonial, como por el personal super amable, es un lugar agradable para ir a relajarse y de paso cerca del centro si quieres explorar granada.

El restaurante tiene muy buena atención y la comida es muy buena, el personal de limpieza muy amable.

No especifica que el parqueo es en la calle, me ayudaron a bajar maletas de mi carro cuando llegué, pero al salir ya no me ayudaron a subir mi maleta al carro, las lámparas de la habitación no funcionaban.
