Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable, accueillant et réalise un travail impeccable. L'établissement est d'une propreté irréprochable. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tout.

Cons:

​Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que la salle de bain soit commune. De plus, la lumière à l'extérieur de la chambre m'a empêché de bien dormir.

Hotel overbooked, have to book another at the last minute

The receptionist was honest about the situation. He clearly explained that the hotel was overbooked and that, despite my confirmed fully paid reservation, my reserved room was not available.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. I booked 20 days in advance, and my reservation was fully paid and confirmed. However, I was informed just a few hours before check-in that the hotel could not accommodate me.
My reserved room was given to another client who had booked for multiple days, despite my confirmed reservation. This caused unnecessary stress and effort to find another hotel at the last minute.
Unfortunately, I do not consider the management trustworthy when it comes to honoring confirmed reservations.

La habitación era amplia.

Cons:

La llave de la habitación no funcionaba. Resulta que ya habían ido a arreglarla varias veces y no habían solucionado el problema. Nos dicen que hasta el día siguiente no va a venir el cerrajero y obviamente nos negamos a dejar la puerta de la habitación sin cerrar (viajamos con niños). Le decimos que sin problema cancelamos la habitación y ya nos buscamos la vida, que nos devuelva el dinero y ya está. Pues nos dice que si le pagamos 50 euros nos cancela la habitación. Puro chantaje vaya. Ojo! Todo esto via whatsapp, porque el dueño ni estaba ni intención de venir. Al final le pagamos 30 euros para irnos de allí cuánto antes.

Agréable séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Il y a une cuisine commune ainsi qu'une machine à laver à disposition. Le lit était confortable. La chambre est grande, elle incluait une chambre, un dressing type armoire ainsi qu'une salle de bain. L'hôtel est bien situé.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de parking à proximité. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. La terasse n'est pas aménagée. Peu d'isolation, on entendait quand ça sonnait en bas, les gens parler et faire du bruit.

L'accueil chaleureux, le côté "maison" de l'hôtel, la grande salle de bain

Cons:

Une invasion de fourmis nous a dérangé. Malgré tout, le ménage était fait régulièrement et correctement.
