Excellent location, small rooms but very comfortable

The room was very comfortable and perfect for a short break.
A little noisy from footsteps upstairs early in the morning.
It is close to Kew and the center of Richmond. Staff are very friendly and the facilities have been recently renovated to high standards. Rooms and hotel are modern and stylish. Shower and bathroom are very nice and shower has excellent water pressure.
The rooms are a bit small but and it took us a minute to figure out that we had to use our key card to turn the lights on, although this is user error on our end as this is uncommon where we live. But overall it was a great stay.
The people were welcoming professional and very much attentive.
The hotel is great location and the staff are wonderful.
Some of the rooms are small but you’re in the heart of Richmond and the rooms & hotel are extremely stylish!
The staff were the most pleasant and helpful people could not do enough for you . Beautiful hotel and breakfast bar room. The rooms were wonderful too
The only issue is the bath mats are hidden in a drawer . The shower over the bath needs a bath mat and my daughter slipped in the bath. If it had been an older person it would have been disastrous. I’ve mentioned it to the staff to please leave the bath mat somewhere that can be seen . Don’t hide it in a drawer.
I especially appreciated the attitude of the front desk reception and guest services staff. They were very welcoming and warm. I also was extremely grateful for the air-conditioning. And I loved the decor in the open areas - very stylish and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!!!

Lovely rooms (with exceptional aircon), super comfy beds, a great atmosphere overall.
A slight shame to be without a mini fridge in the room, and no biscuits with the tea.
Beautifully appointed lobby and breakfast room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. Comfortable bed.
The "Small" double room was a bit too small! No room for an armchair so you have to lie on the bed or go out onto the landing to read a book. The bath/shower facility was too cramped and was difficult/dangerous to get in and out of.
Everything was luxurious and wonderful service
