I wish I could have stayed longer!

Everything! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Location was great. The property and rooms were lovely.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff.
Pros:

Staff are amazing. Kind, helpful and always attentive. They are proactive and make you feel very welcome. The room was small but perfectly adequate and very well presented and clean.

Cons:

Not a major issue and something we would just check in future was that the shower was over the bath and as I had booked the room for an older relative, it was slightly tricky but she managed.

Wonderful - we highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff could not have been more accommodating - storing personal food items, assistance with the coffee maker and providing extra coffee supplies, offering cutlery for take out food, all delivered with a smile. We didn't partake of the breakfast due to early morning plans but were always offered a glass of juice on our way out anyway. The property is lovely and so convenient to everything in Richmond!

Struttura molto bella e curata. Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione di Richmond e al centro del quartiere. La ragazza che ci ha accolto alla reception era molto gentile e professionale e disponibilissima per ogni richiesta. Molto gentili a tenerci gli zaini senza costi e posto veramente molto carino, camera comoda e dotata di ogni comfort.

Well presented and great for short stay to explore local area.
