Pros:

Location is perfect for a Valencia beach focused trip with walking distance to the beach. Room was tidy and kitchen was also clean and very useful. Host is kind, attentive and very helpful!

Cons:

Rooms are quite tiny and bathroom would be in need of some fixing. A double room would also deserve a slightly bigger bed to be comfortable.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y con servicios alrededor, parada de autobús con conexión directa a las estaciones de trenes. Las instalaciones limpias y funcionales, el baño privado genial.

Cons:

Koszos, ár-érték arányban nagyon rossz, ahhoz képest, hogy milyen hely, nagyon drága.
A hölgyek fogadott kritikán aluli, nyelveket nem beszél, semmiben nem segített,csak megmutatta a kódokat és elszaladt. Egyetlen kérdésünkre sem válaszolt.

Ми провели чудовий час у Валенсії завдяки цим апартаментам. Кімната повністю відповідає фото: чиста, свіжа та комфортна. Розташування просто супер - море зовсім поруч, тому ходили на пляж по декілька разів на день.Взагалі місце тихе й затишне, ніщо не заважало відпочинку. Район з розвиненою інфрастуктурою ( транспорт, кафе, магазини - все поруч). Ідеальне співвідношення ціни та якості.

Pros:

El sitio es precioso. Muy bien cuidado, muy limpio, súper bien ubicado ya que está cerca de la playa y a la vez muy céntrico. Hay de todo por los alrededores Zara es una anfitriona excepcional. Te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Leo algunos comentarios negativos y la verdad hay que ser un personaje bien extraño para criticar ciertas cosas. Hablan de habitaciones pequeñas, yo me sentí súper cómodo en la mía con una bici de cicloturismo con todas las maletas montadas… y me sobraba espacio. Otros critican las áreas compartidas, si vas a cualquier hotel estás confinado a tu habitación, si tienes problemas de convivencia, sencillamente no salgas de tu habitación. Otros critican el precio, pues necesitan pedir urgentemente un aumento de sueldo en sus trabajos porque esa estancia vale cada céntimo que pagas por ella. En fin, podría seguir mencionando mil tonterías más pero lo dejaré hasta aquí. En resumen, a mi me encantó. Muchas gracias por todo Zara. Nos vemos pronto. Un gran abrazo.
