Loved this place! Felt like I was in a little village in Ireland! The view/setting is stunning, ignoring the pesky midges! I had dinner here in the evening - fantastic service; my waiter was hilarious! I was made to feel so welcome. Food fantastic, staff amazing, location stunning and a lovely room. Cons:

Window faces back and view onto staff accommodation and bins are ugly. Would be easy to put up a pretty lace curtain so as to let in the light but hide the view.

Quirky chirpy staff always singing loudly.Marvellous isolated setting with lovely views over the loch.

Traffic meant we were too late arriving for our supper booking but pizzas kept for us at 9.30 pm

Cons:

Broken toilet handle… had to lift lid off cistern to flush!
No porridge available for breakfast

Location is direct opposite to the island

It is so dirty - dust everywhere; pubic hair on toilet; rusty shower head. It is genuinely hazardous for human existence.

Amazing find and location for our north highlands exploration!
Pros:

Beautiful location, we arrived very late and were still welcomed with such kindness. The
restaurant also was able to allow us to take a few breakfasts to the room while our kids were still sleeping, extra special and many thanks.
