Exceeded my expectations considering the area and low price. Staff were friendly and helpful, communication was great as they were able to offer an early check in and extra pillows, we felt very much looked after.
The bed was very comfortable and I was informed they replace the mattresses regularly and donate the previous ones to charity, which is great.
We were staying in Hull to attend an event, so had just booked a cheap room that looked decent, we were really surprised and happy with the quality of the stay and would definitely return.

The stuff were really helpful and friendly and helped us when needed.

The room looks a little bit dirty especially the toilet. No toiletries is being provided even though it is being mentioned that will be provided. Although toiletries are provided after calling the manager, those toiletries are the left over from their former guests. It doesn’t sound hygienic from my view !!! The location is not good as it is being mentioned.
It was good and staff was nice
Room was very hot and was a stinging a bit with some smoking flavour. Although it was a non smoking room and was claimed by the staff. However they provided fan and room freshener.

It was a bit basic ( although for the price, it was as I expected)
The beds were comfortable
The room was small for 6 of us, there was no cups except 1 mug which we shared, no glass, a tiny table with the kettle on and a tray, the toilet was dirty with poo stains & no toilet brush to help clean it, we went out for the evening and came back around 10pm, the street outside was full of drunks, shouting and yelling at each other, with small children we a little worried and glad we got in via the security gates! Sadly the noise didn't stop into the early hours, so the babies were hard to settle, we got up early and went out for the day, and decided to go home instead of staying another night as planned, so we checked out around 1pm , and i drove us all home.
