قريب جداً من الحرم بوابة النساء
نظيييف جداً و جودة الأكل ممتازه
تعامل الموظفين رائع
مصاعد كثيره فلا توجد زحمة عليها
الغرفه مرتبه وجميله
مسؤلة علاقات الضيوف الأستاذه زينب مهذبه ومتعاونه جداً

سكنت في الدور 12
لكن رائحة الطبخ تفوح في الحمام والغرفه معظم الوقت
يمكن اذا غيرنا الغرفه تختفي
غير ذلك كل شي ممتاز

كل مرة ان شاءالله ازور فيها الحبيب صلى الله عليه وسلم هتكون الإقامة في جراند ملينيوم الحرم

الموقع جدا ممتاز والغرفة واسعه مع مرافق ممتازه وكذلك المطعم جدا ممتاز مع اطباق متنوعه وجميع العاملين مع المشرفين يقدمون خدمه مميزه

Cons:

غرفتي كانت مقابل المصعد ولذلك كان ازعاج احيانا
من بعض الأشخاص في فترات قصيره
ولكن عندما تبدلت الغرفه في آخر يومين ارتحت
ومع الأسف كانت الثلاجه لا تعمل

الفندق ممتاز وقريب من باب النساء ويصلح للعوايل وموظف الاستقبال خالد الحربي قمه قمه قمه في الاخلاق ولو رجعت المدينة بسكن فيه ان شاء الله.. للي جاي سياره الفندق مستواه ممتاز ونظيف وقريب وسعره مقبول لا تردد
