They assigned less responsibility by allowing someone to stay in the room with me. She claimed to be a friend and took my bag, during which she stole my personal gold, money, and passport. I had to involve the police to recover all my belongings. I had a ticket to clear my bag, but it was still given to her without returning it to me. I have endured a significant ordeal due to this.

Pros:

Hotel location is optimum for all family, it has the best location for women masjid, Rawda and men Masjid as well.
Overall service was excellent.

خدمة الغرف ممتازين وتنظيفهم 10/10 بالأخص الموظف أبير والسوبر فايزر اسمه حبيب
والموظفين الباقيين ايضا كلهم ممتازين

المطعم خدمتهم وطعامهم جدا ممتاز بالاخص الموظفين توصيف وعبدالله
ونفسية الموظفين جميلة بشوشين وخدومين

الرسبشن تعاملهم جدا لطيف وسريعين الاستجابة على مدار الساعة بالاخص الخوات نور ومنال


لكن نطالب بتخفيض الاسعار قليلا

I booked a room with 4 twin beds, however, they give 2 twin beds and 2 single beds. When highlighted at reception, they mentioned it’s normal, they don’t have have rooms with 4 twin beds.

Very clean and close location
Pros:

Friendly staff, very good location, breakfast is good, comfortable beds , clean, very good housekeeping team
Front desk team restaurant team

Cons:

Room facilities electricity sources are hidden behind beds cannot reach easily , also linked by the main source you can’t use separately, I should sleep every day with breathing device I can’t get near electricity source unless far beside the TV
Also the water is hot all the time , the maintenance team had repaired 3 times but still you can’t use cold water or at least normal water
Also the maintenance team should be have training how to talk professionally to the guests
