They put us in a smoking room which smelt so bad of stale cigarettes, we couldn’t sleep (we are non-smokers). We decided to have breakfast one day which was £32 GBP for two people, absolutely extortionate.
Clean, spacious room and a comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Complimentary cookies in the room upon arrival. Nice touch. Good breakfast.
Hotel description says on site parking. It was full, so they parked my rental car on the street. Extortionately priced minibar and bar/restaurant. Really rude staff. I asked the man at the front desk where I could find a liquor store to buy a bottle of wine, and he responded that I wasn’t permitted to bring my own wine into the hotel. When I explained that I was planning to go get it after I checked out, he still wouldn’t tell me.
