Pros:

Es gibt kein Frühstück, aber da das Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt liegt, kann man überall in der Nähe frühstücken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer gut. Der Bahnhof Brühl ist zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Brühl Mitte ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Dort fährt der Phantasialandshuttle ab.
Wir waren schon mal in diesem Hotel und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Personal war freundlich, die Lage ist gut und das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Die Dusche war nicht sauber, die Duschkkabine defekt und die Brause sollte auch besser mal getauscht werden.

Un bon emplacement mais un service médiocre
Pros:

La chambre en elle-même est correcte et le lit est confortable, ce qui est le point fort de l'établissement.
Par ailleurs le quartier est charmant

Cons:

Service client déplorable : La réceptionniste ne fournit aucune information au check-in (modalités de départ, horaires). Absence totale de courtoisie ; aucun suivi sur la qualité du séjour.
Incohérence des nuisances : Le personnel déplace du mobilier à 23h, créant des nuisances sonores importantes pour les clients qui dorment, alors que parallèlement, on se fait "aboyer dessus" pour avoir accédé à une zone (le toit) dont l'interdiction n'était absolument pas signalée.
Gestion des équipements : Machine Tassimo présente avec du café, mais rien n'est prévu pour les clients qui ne consomment pas de caféine (aucun thé).
Hygiène : Problème de moucherons dû à des corbeilles sans couvercle, inadaptées pour une chambre où l'on peut être amené à déposer des restes alimentaires.

Die zentrale Lage ist hervorragend, keine 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof zu laufen und sehr leicht zu finden

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig aber geräumig
Man hat auch gut platz zu zweit
Dusche ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig aber soweit in Ordnung

Friendly service.
Room, facilties, bed all clean.
Great location within pedestrian zone.
If the background noise of people chatting at restaurant tables in the street bothers you,
there are roller shutters that cancel it completely.

Pros:

Заселили на два часа раньше, за что большое спасибо. Номер просторный, чистый, в номере была кофеварка, гели для душа. Окна выходили во двор, было тихо.
Кровать большая и удобная.
