IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

Non married couple are not allowed.

Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Lack of customer service
Pros:

The breakfast was good

Cons:

The front desk staff attitude, dirty rooms and linen. Worst part was that since it was raining there was no umbrella available at the front desk or the hotel main door. Upon asking the front desk staff said the hotel doesn't have umbrellas. They expect guests to walk in rain from the hotel door to the road to catch a cab or auto.

Cons:

While booking I was selected for a double bed for two people, but they allotted two single beds (room no 302). AC is not working.. no hot water, i requested two times for hot water but no response. Then. I Requested change of room for three times and they changed for 4 time to 223 but here also no double bed there are two single beds, no hot water. It's not worth for my money.

I checked in and had to checkout in 5 mins
rooms stinking and dirty rooms and bathroom.
it was a place you could not stay.
