More of a B&B local pub definitely not a hotel , bath towels more of a small towel not bath sheet they don’t wrap round you, shower hose held up with a tie wrap so fine if your 4ft or less lots of traffic throughout the night and day even though it’s a gated community
Comfortable quiet room in the beautiful Ribble Valley. Clean. Polite staff
Breakfast was OK but not much selection with just sliced bread, prepackaged croissants and sugary breakfast bars. Some fresh pastries and granola or muesli would have been nice

We stayed a night as we were attending a wedding in the area.
We checked in just before 10pm, the guy on reception was friendly and showed us where the stairs were to our room.
The room was large & clean. The shower was lovely and powerful.
The mattress although comfortable was a bit lumpy/springy in places.
