Per errore ho prenotato una camera in questo hotel, ho chiesto l'annullamento dopo pochi minuti, risposta negativa.
Ho chiesto di spostare il soggiorno di qualche giorno, risposta negativa.
Oltretutto scocciati in quanto molto impegnati.

Świetnie spędzony czas.
Pros:

Duży basen, miła i pomocna obsluga. Blisko do plaży oraz centrum. Super miejsce, chętnie kiedyś tu wrócę.

Byłem pełen obaw czytając komentarze ale wyszło bardzo pozytywnie. Rozumiem ze nie jest to standard hotelu na kontynencie w dużym mieście ale jest to butikowy hotel który działa sprawnie. Ale od początku. Kontakt z hotelem przez booking byl bardzo sprawny. Po przyjezdzie dostaliśmy czyste pokoje nawet wcześniej niz podana godzina bookowania. Ułatwieniem w hotelu jest winda ktora ulatwia transport bagaży. Śniadania są poprawne każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie ale nie jest to bufet jak w Turcji. Basen jest bardzo fajny. Jest cicho i czysto. Bardzo chciałbym podziękować recepcji i obsłudze. Kazde zgłoszenie sprzątania czy dodatkowe czyszczenie klimatyzacja bylo realiowane poprawnie tak jak tego sobie życzyliśmy. Kontakt w języku angielskim jest bardzo dobry, uprzejmy i z szacunkiem. Nie wiem skąd te negatywne komentarze, moze tak jak pisałem wcześniej ze zbyt wygórowanych wymagań. Ale dla mojej rodziny gdzie czas spędzaliśmy głównie poza hotelem a tu wracaliśmy spać, zjeść śniadanie, wypic kawę, bylo naprawdę ok. No dobra, kawa jest rzeczywiście słaba 😀

Die Lage war top, Aussicht mega.
Das Personal war sehr nett zu uns!
Das Frühstück war auch gut, alles soweit da gewesen.
Das Zimmer war so gut eingerichtet, leider nicht sauber!!! Wir mussten selbst Mülleimer entleeren und um Handtücher und Klopapier fragen. Ein Besen im Zimmer wäre zum ordentlichen fegen auch toll gewesen. 😅
Dafür war die Größe des Zimmers sehr gut.
Das Gebäude selbst, der Pool und die Aussicht sind toll LEIDER
wird es aber ohne Liebe geführt.

Die Einrichtung hat bereits unter den vielen Besuchern gelitten und wird wohl nicht erneuert.
Das Putzpersonal ist etwas überfordert und hat nicht viel Zeit zum sauber machen. Sie müssen die umliegenden Häuser ebenso reinigen. Leider war es sehr schmutzig und es roch im Stiegenhaus, Lift immer nach Alkohol und Zigaretten und sah ungepflegt aus.
Das Gebäude selbst, der Pool und die Aussicht sind toll LEIDER wird es aber ohne Liebe geführt. Kaputte Liegen, Sonnenschirme, halbherzige Wartung. Der Hausmeister arbeitet nur kurz mit einem Wasserschlauch und spritzt alles weg und benutzt seine Hände nicht zum Arbeiten. Durch einen Sturm ist ein Sonnenschirm in den Pool gefallen, den hat dann schließlich mein Mann aus dem Pool getaucht.
Hinter dem Haus ist eine alte Baustelle mit Schutt, Müll etc. und das Reinigspersonal des Hauses hat da ebenso seine Müllablage.. leider nicht sehr einladend.
Der Parkplatz ist für alle Mieter zu klein, dann muss man sein Auto hinterm Haus auf die staubig dreckige Müll Baustelle parken.

Spartanische Einrichtung der Zimmer. Minimalistisches Frühstück. Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Unzureichende Reinigung. Abflussgeruch im Bad. Renovierungsbedürftiger Pool. Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool vorhanden. Keine Möglichkeit die Badehandtücher aufzuhängen. Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Gartenblick war leider nur auf die Baustelle. Schwergängige Balkontür. Handseife hat bei der Ankunft im Zimmer gefehlt. Kleinigkeiten wie Schuhanzieher, Badartikel -Ohrenstäbchen usw. - haben gefehlt.
