Une expérience positive dans un cadre confortable et accueillant.
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné pour 1 nuit dans cette hôtel lors de notre voyage au Portugal.
L'hôtel se trouve un peu à l'extérieur de la ville d'Albufera (qui est très festive), il dispose d'un parking si vous venez en voiture de location. Parking assez grand et fermé par une barrière électrique (code fourni à votre arrivé).
Nous avions une chambre confortable, avec un petit mot et deux petites pâtisseries à notre arrivé. Cette attention particulière et personnalisée est très appréciable.
La salle de bain était correcte.
Nous avions passé la journée dans la piscine, celle-ci est un peu petite, mais un roulement des clients faisaient que tout le monde trouve sa place.
Il y a un petit bar où vous pouvez commander à boire et à manger. Les wraps au poulet et au thon étaient très bon.
Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour.

Cons:

Une carte différente de celle présent à la piscine pour le restaurant du soir.

Fyllde ej på kaffekapslarna till kaffemaskinen på rummet, ville man ha påfyllning så fick man betala i receptionen.

Bar staff especially by the pool were so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t have been nicer , highly commend these members of staff , rooms were perfect also and overall a great hotel

Cons:

The only fault was I felt housekeeping staff were extremely loud in the mornings , whacking and banging started promptly every morning (completely understand they need to get rooms cleaned but we did notice the noise constantly in the mornings)

Ein unbeschreiblich schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter war außergewöhnlich. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels würden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir waren etwas zu früh für den Check-in unserer Zimmer, aber wir könnten uns in einer umkleide umziehen und unser Gepäck wurde sicher verstaut und wir könnten an den kleinen aber schönen Pool- Bereich mit Bär und tollen, schmackhaften kleinen Gerichten die Zeit verbringen.
Jeder Bereich war sauber, die Zimmer auch zur Straßenseite durch die Doppeltüren am Balkon leise, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Ebenso eine Minibar( nicht teuer).
Die Zimmer selbst haben ein großes Doppelbett und ein schönes Bad..Schöne moderne Einrichtung.
Zur Begrüßung gab es noch etwas süßes Gebäck vom Haus und 1 Flasche Wasser, sowie eine Handgeschriebene Begrüßungskarte.
Der Restaurant und Bar bereich ist toll eingerichtet, sauber und man kann super toll Essen. Es gibt zwar keine umfangreiche Speisekarte, aber Tapas. Wraps. Bagels und auch einen Smash Burger, Super Qualität, toller Geschmack und ein faires Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis.
Das ausgezeichnete und sehr vielseitige Frühstücksbuffet im 3. Stock mit toller Dachterrasse war traumhaft
Was meiner Meinung auch angenehm war, man konnte seine WhatsApp Nummer an der Rezeption hinterlegen und würde dann durch eine Nachricht informiert wenn das Zimmer bezugsfertig war. Ich fand das einen tollen Service.
Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt und nochmal, das Personal ist einsame Spitze. Aufmerksam, freundlich, zuvorkommend , behilflich bei allem.
Vielen herzlichen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der kostenloser große Parkplatz mit Schranke direkt am Hotel war auch sehr angenehm

merci pour l'écoute et l'attention discrète, mais efficace de la majorité du personnel.

la gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel de l'accueil : l'écoute et l'aide.
le petit déjeuner en terrasse, avec vue sur mer. mais aussi la qualité de service du personnel de l'accueil "petit déjeuner": attentif, mais discret, présent et efficace.

Cons:

l'indifférence du responsable du bar/ restaurant le soir de notre arrivée.
au point qu'on est allé diner ailleurs!
