Stanza, piscina, letto grande e comodo; dolcetto e frase di benvenuto.

Cons:

Accoglienza; siamo arrivati in concomitanza con un pulmann di canadesi ed é stata data precedenza al loro check-in invece che a noi (4 persone); inoltre siccome c’era una guida sarebbe stato più celere dare le informazioni relative la struttura con un unica comunicazione invece che ripeterle ad ogni coppia per ogni check-in; abbiamo dovuto fare una fila di 40 minuti.

Muito bom hotel, o atendimento com certeza tornou a nossa estadia bem melhor
Pros:

O interior do hotel é bonito, logo depois da recepção já tem um bar com mesinhas e cadeiras nem confortáveis, ideal para tomar um drink de tarde petiscando alguma coisa, inclusive no check eles nos deram um voucher para consumir drink de boas-vindas, assim como possuem uma política de sustentabilidade, e nos dias que você não solicita a limpeza do quarto também te dão um voucher de €5 para consumo. Ainda possui uma área com jogos e livros disponíveis e uma mesa de sinuca, e uma área externa um pouco pequena mas bem bonita com piscina e um pequeno bar. Os quartos são bons, achei a cama bem confortável e o banheiro também estava bem limpo. O serviço de quarto foi bem feito, e quando chegamos também tinha um bilhete escrito a mão com um bolinho de recepção no quarto, eu pessoalmente adoro esses pequenos agrados. Também não posso deixar de mencionar os funcionários que foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos, em especial os recepcionistas, Lucas e uma outra senhora que ficava de dia, que peço desculpas mas não me lembro o nome.

Cons:

No geral eu gostei bastante do hotel, não é nada luxuoso mas o serviço e as instalações são boas, acho que apenas o prédio por fora precisava de uma reforma ou pintura.
