Cons:

Others peoples hair all over the floor on arrival . No tissue or paper for the toilet . Needed a good clean. I paid extra for breakfast but all they had was eggs and I am vegetarian and they don’t give me the money back for the difference in the room with or without breakfast.
Loud door bell ringing at late hours of the night so didn’t sleep well

Location where the hotel is situated. The toilet door lock was broken . Cockroach inside the room.
Breakfast included in the booking. I got breakfast at 11:00 hrs due to a shortage of staff. During booking it was written English breakfast only menu available is bread omlate.
