Double booking due to faulty app
Pros:

Quite clean and pleasant place

Cons:

No food facilities and not much help from the customer service office. I made a booking via the app payment went through but no room booking due to room not available. App said there will be a refund. Made another booking ended up having two bookings. Tried emailing and no reply. Very disappointed
