Good value for money
Pros:

Excellent staff, specially kareem,
The location near tram and boat ferry stations

Cons:

Smal rooms,elevator doesn’t start at the ground floor

A simple hotel in a good location
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance from the ferry/bus stops/shops and cafes.

Cons:

Cigarete smell. I guess this is a problem in most Turkish hotels, as everyone seems to be smoking. As a non smoker, I found it very unpleasant to be constantly exposed to cigarette smell coming from ventilation or the outside, as soon as you open the window.

Die Lage ist gut.

Unser Aufenthalt war leider geprägt von einer Atmosphäre, in der wir uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt willkommen oder sicher fühlten.
In unseren Augen war das Zimmer in einem mangelhaften hygienischen Zustand. Wir stellten optische Merkmale fest, die wir als deutlichen Schimmelbefall im Badezimmer und an der Decke wahrgenommen haben.
Die Umgebung im Haus empfanden wir als absolut nicht familiengerecht. Auf uns wirkte das Klientel und das nächtliche Geschehen auf den Fluren wie ein zwielichtiges Milieu, in dem offensichtlich gewerblichen Aktivitäten nachgegangen wurde. Die Wände waren für unser Empfinden so hellhörig, dass die nächtliche Unruhe (inkl. Föhngeräusche in der Nacht) eine Erholung unmöglich machte.
Beim Check-in gab es organisatorische Probleme mit unserer Reservierung. Die Reaktion des Personals gab uns zudem das deutliche Gefühl, als normale Reisende dort unerwünscht zu sein.
Aufgrund unserer subjektiven Erfahrungen und der für uns mangelhaften Sauberkeit mussten wir den Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen.

Only book if you don’t mind dirty rooms and the smell of smoke

Good position, close to bus and metro stations

Cons:

Decrepit building with dirty rooms. Bedsheets had holes in them. Above all, the room STANK of smoke. It was almost impossibile to stay inside with the windows closed

Nous sommes restés malgré les soucis mais nous ne recommençons pas cet hôtel pour un long séjour

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement qui était prêt de toutes commodités.

Cons:

La chambre était sale, des trous de cigarettes dans la tête de lit, des traces de giclures sur les murs, SDB non nettoyé, sol moisi dans les joints de carrelage de la SDB, manque des morceaux de plinthes, rideau dégrafé, si on ne demande pas il n’y a pas de change automatique des serviettes et du papier toilette, et surtout le bruit de l’ascenseur à tout heure qui n’est pas isolé des chambres.

スタッフの方のホスピタリティがとても良かったです。重い荷物を運んでくれたり、こちらのリクエストにもすぐに快く応えてくれました。
長い旅の最初の宿泊先で不安もあったのですが、このホテルに泊まったことで穏やかな気持ちで滞在することが出来ました。ありがとうございました。またイスタンブールを訪れる事があれば、必ずこのホテルに泊まります。

特に思い当たらないです。私たちにとっては全てが満足でした。

Semplice ma corretto.
Pros:

Stanza semplice ma carina. Wifi buono ma non abbastanza per vedere un film. Un posto senza pretese ma corretto.

Zion è ok
Pros:

La posizione della struttura è davvero comoda per i traghetti , la Metro e per visitare a piedi la parte asiatica di Istanbul . Dopo la mia esperienza , se si atterra dall'aereoporto di Sabiha ,consiglio di pernottare dalla parte asiatica vicino al porto ( ad esempio da Zion Home Butik ) e usare il traghetto per visitare i bei palazzi e moschee dalla parte europea . Consiglio la struttura.
