Worth every penny
Pros:

Pros:

The courteous staff under the able leadership of General Manager who keep eye on every guest' comfort, I personally experienced this, My stay was stretched but it was made very comfortable and pleasant by the whole staff. Cherry on Cake was the last day Dinner prepared and served as per my taste on request made.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Walking around felt like being in a palace. Real luxury at a great price.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms, the great restaurant and bar, the excellent coffee, and the lovely atmosphere everywhere. The city was also wonderful. We rented a scooter nearby and explored, and the hotel staff gave us fantastic recommendations. The staff was truly amazing and made sure we had everything we needed.

A stay that puts a smile on your face. We enjoyed the hotel and the city so much that we even decided to extend our stay at the hotel for a few more days, and I highly recommend it.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and attentive. The room was lovely and comfortable. Nice rooftop for breakfast and dinner and a pool table and gym.

Cons:

Rooms were not serviced throughout our stay, so water and coffees were not replaced during our stay. Breakfast was limited.

Pros:

i loved this heritage hotel. It belongs to the noble family (similar to Dukes and Earls) of the erstwhile Kurki Thikana (feudal estate). it is very clean.

The biggest take away is the staff.I booked a basic room but when i was freely upgraded by Mrs Saqid. She is so hospitable. I stayed in the Maharani Suite. The General Manager gave me a personal tour of the premises. The restaurant team, Dalveer, Bharat and Sachin were extremely nice and courteous.

In all, I had a great time. The location is a bit away from the city centre but it costs only around 150 INR and 20 mins to reach there.

Pros:

The staff at this heritage property is incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. However, we encountered an issue with the hot water supply. It was December and we had to bathe with mostly cold water. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place could be improved.
