The staff were super helpful and friendly, nice comfortable room with everything working well and was in a good location
The breakfast room was a little small. There was a line to get in for a table at breakfast so we went elsewhere.
El desayuno 10/10, ademas que el personal es super amable y dispuestos a ayudar. Pude trabajar en el area comun, el internet no fue un problema

La ubicación (bajando la calle llegas directamente al mercado y de ahí a la plaza de armas en pocos minutos) y que siempre hubiese alguien en recepción para ayudarte. Además, tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes son amplias. El buffet no lo pude probar porque salía demasiado pronto, pero se puede pedir para llevar.
Las duchas tenían muchísima humedad. Eran amplias, con un espacio con un banco para dejar las cosas y cambiarte, pero la mayoria estaban todos húmedos. Ademas, las dos que probé se atascaban un poco (nada serio, solo le costaba filtrar). A pesar de eso, estaban limpias.
Minha experiência foi excelente! O hostel tem água bem quente, está sempre limpo e organizado, e a localização é perfeita, fica perto de tudo. O café da manhã também é muito bom. Além disso, todos os funcionários são extremamente educados, atenciosos e prestativos.
Nas duas vezes em que fiquei em Cusco, escolhi este hostel e com certeza voltarei. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Shower water is hot enough, even the bathroom sink has hot water, so you don’t have to wash your hands or brush your teeth with freezing water. Breakfast is also pretty good with variety options.
There’s zero sound proof in this hostel, most of the rooms are on the ground floor surrounding the reception, so you can hear basically everything. The dorm rooms although looks like a coffin design, but the wall is so thin, so you can’t sleep without earplugs. And with so many people using the same toilets, they clean the bathrooms only once a day. I saw couple times of some nasty shit during my five days stay there. And the kitchen also always looks like hell. Plus the price of their tour in/ near Cusco is much higher than the ones outside. Honestly with the same price you can find better accommodation option than here.

Os funcionários são todos muito gentis e atenciosos, o cafe da manhã é bem servido com variedade de frutas. A limpeza e organização impecável. Amei tudo, voltaria com toda certeza.

It’s a peaceful hostel ideal for remote working people. Ample community showers and the location is very central, walkable with bags for cusco from the main square. Activities suggested by the hostel are also rightly priced and I opted for the Rainbow Mountain tour which was good.
