Not worth the price. Would have opted to choose a hotel just outside the airport next time.
Pros:

Staff are friendly and helpful. And the location is inside the Soekarno-Hatta airport, so it's convenient as a place to rest between flights.

Cons:

No lift into the hotel, just stairs. Although staff are ready to help with luggage. The room is sub-standard, there are two big steps down from the room door into the main area of the bedroom which take up a lot of space and very inconvenient to try and open up a big suitcase.

There is no door to the shower, so the whole bathroom (toilet and sink area) is wet after a shower. The shower floors were poorly built so that the water doesn't flow naturally into the drain, but flows out of the shower instead.

Fuimos para hacer parada de una noche para coger otro avión y al estar en el aeropuerto estaba bien ubicado.

Además hay un tren gratuito que te lleva entre terminales.

Cons:

Para una noche estuvo bien.
Quizás la habitación es estrecha y el escalón que tiene.

Absolutely not worth what we paid. Room full of mould and smelled like sewage. Only positives would be: proximity to air
Pros:

The staff, in particular, the lady on the front desk who was extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. Security & bar man also very friendly. Could not fault team - really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Excessive mould and mildew all over wall and ceiling, very unhealthy (and potentially dangerous) to breathe this in. Room smelled awful, like sewage. Only good thing about this room was the shower.
Bathroom and stairs treacherous with a massive tile coming away just trying to close the door.

Convenient option
Pros:

A very convenient option for transit travelers with an early morning flight form Soekarno Hatta Airport. The hotel is located in Terminal 1A, however during this stay of mine (end of May 2026), T1A is undergoing renovation works so the walkway to T1A from T1B (where the inter-terminal train station is) is poorly lit and quiet at night.

Cons:

The hotel has limited flexibility regarding reservation changes. I mistakenly booked the wrong night and although the rooms were available, the front desk was unable to change the reservation date directly and asked me to do it via booking.com platform. In my case, changing the date was not possible so I had to make a new reservation. This was not the fault of the hotel, but travelers should be aware that date changes may not be accommodated at the property, even when there was availability.
