Pros:

Location was excellent... 5+ minute walk from all the best sights. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Excellent chef.

Good location but very compact & poor shower

Cons:

The room was incredibly compact - somewhat expected in a lovely old building, but still hard to manoeuvre & get ready with so little space.
My main bug bear was the shower - a rainfall shower head without a separate hand held spray - the water pressure was really low so generally showering & particularly rinsing my hair was a frustrating process. Doubly so as the water, even on the coolest setting was far, far too hot.
The bathroom was also pretty dated, with lots of mould stained sealant & the toilet seat is dire need of replacement!
The lovely old sash windows were also in need of some diy, again mouldy, with peeling paint.
Plug sockets were also a problem - 3 mirrors in the room but not one with a convenient or easily reachable socket - I had to go & buy an extension lead so I could use my hairdryer / tongs.
Lack of plug sockets also made it a juggling act with phone charging, making coffee & using fan, especially as needed fan on all the time as room was really warm - outside temperature was only about 15/16 degrees so not even super warm
Narrow, steep stairs to the rooms - all in need of a refresh compared to the lovely pub downstairs.

In an excellent location,, very central. Friendly and helpful staff, very smiley and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was very hot, however a fan was provided. Rather a lot of stairs for checkout due to the pub entrance being closed. Not a major problem.

Cosy, comfortable stay with lovely staff. Would recommend!
Pros:

Central location, friendly staff. Comfortable room and was very clean. Pub downstairs is super cosy and had a delicious dinner there. It was lovely walking back into the atmosphere after a day out exploring Bath. Would absolutely recommend.

Cons:

Only stairs to get to rooms for those who may have difficulty.

It was a nice and cozy little room,
Excellent location very handy to everything I required,
A very nice place to quench your thirst after a long day exploring Bath.
Staff were very helpful on my arrival,
I would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Bath.

Cons:

The grumpy barmaid, where I come from service with a smile goes an extremely long way.

Sehr nettes Personal, nettes Pub, ruhige Gasse, trotzdem sehr zentral.

Cons:

Toll, dass es einen Ventilator gab. Aber der war sehr staubig, deshalb haben wir ihn nicht benutzt.

The accommodation was okay and definitely offered good value for money. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff members were very pleasant and friendly.

Pleasant, convenient stay. Might not be perfect, but friendly staff take feedback and get it sorted.
Pros:

Good location for Bath exploration. Friendly receiption from staff. Hold your bags for you if needed. Room nicely decorated, lovely feel. Comfortable beds. Pub itself was busy and clearly popular.

Cons:

The cleaning had not been done in the bathroom. When this is the case, you notice anything and everything that is not clean. The cleaning routine appears to be basic, covering the heavy traffic areas only, i.e. skirting boards, fingerfrints on lightswitches and walls/doors get missed. The cooling fan was clogged with dust. The manager was very friendly and apologetic and tried to put it right as soon as possible, so cannot fault the desire, attitude and passion. Perhaps a quality inspection before admitting guests could be an idea?
