Pleasant, convenient stay. Might not be perfect, but friendly staff take feedback and get it sorted.
Pros:

Good location for Bath exploration. Friendly receiption from staff. Hold your bags for you if needed. Room nicely decorated, lovely feel. Comfortable beds. Pub itself was busy and clearly popular.

Cons:

The cleaning had not been done in the bathroom. When this is the case, you notice anything and everything that is not clean. The cleaning routine appears to be basic, covering the heavy traffic areas only, i.e. skirting boards, fingerfrints on lightswitches and walls/doors get missed. The cooling fan was clogged with dust. The manager was very friendly and apologetic and tried to put it right as soon as possible, so cannot fault the desire, attitude and passion. Perhaps a quality inspection before admitting guests could be an idea?

Trip paddle boarding with my son. Perfect place to dry off outside in the sun with a pint
Pros:

Lovely little proper pub with good selection of beers. Great to find somewhere like this so close to the city centre. Also very comfy beds in cosy accommodation

Good location, but room rather uncomfortable during summer
Pros:

Perfect location, at walking distance from train station and main attractions.

Cons:

I suppose the room is very comfy during winter, but in the summer it’s simply an oven. Extremely stuffy, even at night. In fact, I felt it was much warmer inside than at the street, right under the sun. Also, it’s quite noisy, though that’s not surprising as there’s a pub at the ground floor.

Schöne Stadt mit einer schönen Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Der Pub im Erdgeschoss ist sehr empfehlenswert. Trotzdem wird es in den Zimmern nicht laut.
