Very nice suite, the owner is always available and very nice, the location is great to explore Aomori region. We had a fantastic stay !

外観も内観も気配りと粋がありました

Das Hotel ist sehr schön im japanischen Stil gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man hat alles, was man braucht.
Aber besonders möchte ich den Hotelmanager Herrn Wataru erwähnen, der besonders durch seinen Service und seine Freundlichkeit den Aufenthalt außergewöhnlich gemacht hat. Ich brauchte unterwegs zahnärztliche Behandlung, Herr Wataru hat das gleich organisiert und mich mit seinem Auto hin- und zurück gebracht. Außerdem hat er uns mehrmals vom Bahnhof abgeholt und noch zu einem Schrein außerhalb in den Bergen gefahren. Herzlichen Dank und wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder zurück.

Absolutely amazing facilities and staff. Wataru, who runs the place, is very kind and accommodating and even offers to drive you into the city and pick you back up whenever you're done for the day.

The room was INSANE, I cannot describe it otherwise. I had a modernized, Japanese style room where not a single detail was missed. There was a good coffee and tea machine in the room, some lovely refreshments, even a matcha set (with matcha and the tools to prepare it). The bathroom was sporting a big bathtub (I'm 195cm or 6'4 and fitted easily) with some bath salts available, as well as everything you need for a full skincare routine. The provided yukata even came in my size, and was very comfortable. Supporting staff were also very kind and helpful, and all spoke English very well.

They helped me with some recommendations as well and all of them were hits.

Cannot recommend this place enough.

The hotel manager, Wataru-san, helped us a ton during our stay! He consistently offered to drive us to Hirosaki Station and to other places we visited such as the Hirosaki Apple Park, and he even brought us free breakfast! We also enjoyed all of the complementary toiletries!

お部屋が広くて快適。各部屋に駐車場がついているので便利。フロントデスクはないのですが、受付でスタッフさんがとても感じが良く部屋まで案内して大変親切に説明していたまきました。今回は出発時間が早く利用できませんでしたが、お部屋まで朝食を運んで頂けるサービスもあるようで、次回は是非利用してみたいです。ありがとうございました。

Hôtel charmant avec un magnifique petit jardin zen privé attenant à la chambre. Le manager, Wataru-san, était aux petit soins, nous conduisait en ville, venait nous chercher et nous renseignait avec plaisir.

Hotel was clean and quiet, very large room.

Impeccable service, a spacious and comfortable suite with private parking space located at a central location.

Very clean, well appointed and spacious property. On site parking was a plus as most of the tourist spots and good restaurants were just a short drive away.

なんといってもスタッフさんやオーナーさんの対応が素晴らしいです！お部屋の綺麗さ、アメニティの種類の豊富さ（本当に多い）、暖かい朝食のルームサービス、りんごサイダーのウェルカムドリンクや冷蔵庫の飲み物等、設備面ももちろん完璧ですが、それ以上に気配りに感激しました。行きに弘前駅まで迎えに来られなくなってしまった（送迎は宿泊費に含まれていませんのであくまでサービスです）とのことでタクシーにてホテルへ行きましたが、タクシー代を頂きました。又、翌日は、オーナーさんに弘前城まで送って頂きましたが、弘前城周辺の見どころやおすすめポイント、美味しい駅弁まで色々教えて頂いたおかげで短くも充実した滞在になりました。駅からかなり離れていますが、宿泊者の口コミを信じて駅周辺のビジネスホテルにしなくて本当に良かったです。ただ、洗面所にいると隣の部屋の声が少し気になりましたので、10点ではなく9点とさせて頂きました。
