Very attractive gardens and unusual layout with canopied walkway between main pavilion and rooms. About twenty minutes from central Kandy.
It was all pretty good; perhaps the non-alcoholic mocktails weren't the best we'd had (we stayed at the end of Perahera)
Ideal stay a bit away but not took far from the ever busy Kandy city. Facilities and service of the staff were excellent. Driver accommodation was available right at the hotel premises.

Un hotel de lujo a pocos km de Kandy, todo fue excelente, estaba en un entorno precioso y muy tranquilo, la comida era buenísima, la habitación limpia y amplia, y las vistas una maravilla. También la piscina estaba muy bien. A nuestra hija le hicieron un regalo (un osito), y unos dulces para nosotros.
Disfrutamos mucho de los 3 días que estuvimos allí, y a un precio razonable comparado con otros hoteles en Sri Lanka que, por el mismo precio, ofrecían mucho menos.

Room was not checked before giving it to us. Sink was clogged and shower head was leaking. Staff were at ease and no focus on service. Even at the check out time which was informed previous day itself, no one was there at the reception. Luckily since i have settled the bills previous night we could leave the key card at the reception and leave

Omdat het redelijk groot is, kan het wat onpersoonlijk overkomen. Met name het restaurant is een erg grote ruimte.
Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The guest relations team in particular were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt genuinely well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be returning!

This is my fourth time staying at this place whenever I visit Kandy, and it never disappoints. The food, rooms, and overall experience have always been exceptional, with breathtaking views that make the stay even more special.
Everything is truly worth the price, and the hospitality has always been wonderful. I honestly have no complaints it feels like a home away from home, and I would happily return again on my next visit to Kandy.
The hotel has a beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming. The breakfast had a good variety, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
The only disappointing part of our experience was the customer service over the phone. When I called to inquire about a room, the call center staff simply said there were no rooms available and ended the call without offering any further assistance or information. However, I was able to book the same hotel immediately through Booking.com. I hope the hotel will improve the attitude and professionalism of its call center staff and ensure that local guests receive the same level of courtesy and service as all other guests.
