La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée et au calme.
La surcharge de 20$ HT de service obligatoire et non inclus dans le prix et non annoncée lors de la réservation, le prix du parking a 50$ HT la nuit.

La struttura è in una posizione eccezionale, ha una piscina ed un servizio di colazione all’altezza delle aspettative
Il costo prevedeva un budget da 20 € al giorno col quale si poteva avere accesso ad alcuni servizi come le biciclette oppure del cibo, ma in entrambi i casi ci sono stati dei problemi perché le biciclette o non erano disponibili oppure erano rotte, mentre in due casi non è stato possibile Ottenere il cibo previsto perché il personale lo ha impedito
Abbiamo fatto presente il problema al Front Desk ed evidentemente non tutto il personale ha avuto la stessa attenzione per i clienti

Mooi hotel gelegen aan de Marina en dichtbij Venice Beach en fietsafstand van Santa Monica beach.
Grote kamers met voldoende faciliteiten. Wij hadden een studio met keuken incl. alles wat je nodig hebt. Kamers zeer schoon en netjes.
Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijt was een zeer grote flop. Erg veel hotels bezocht, maar zo slecht als dit nog niet eerder meegemaakt. Voor een dergelijk mooi hotel met bekende naam is dit een werkelijke aanfluiting. De ontbijtzaal was een zootje met troep op de tafels en vloer.
Verder biedt het hotel huurfietsen aan, welke zowat uiteen vallen. Sturen, zadels en wielen zitten los. Bij mij brak de trapper af... Gevaarlijk om deze fietsen te verhuren.

They charged me for parking 130$ but I never had a car, so basically they just robbed me, I was rushing to the airport and didn’t have time to complain
Staff, inclusive breakfast, marina location, cleanliness, bar area was nice.
Room sold as water view which is disingenuous. If you try you can see one small corner of the marina. Staff even acknowledged that this was a stretch. Felt like the room was mis-sold.
I love Residence Inn, and I look for it every time I travel. Pros: This one in particular had great views of the marina, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, and nice, helpful staff. I was travelling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. Cons: Valet parking is mandatory, and pretty expensive. Also there was an "accidental" fire alarm at 6:30 AM on a Saturday that was not fun to wake up to. Overall a great stay.
