Pros:

It's steps from the train station, the room was huge, large bathroom, sitting area and bathroom. It had great ac in both rooms. The staff was super helpful, tram passes and arranging taxi. I'll stay there the next visit to Basel.

Pros:

Nähe zu Bahnhof, gute Anbindung an ÖV, ruhige Lage zu Innenhof, kostenfreies Upgrade, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

harte Matrazze, beim Checkout niemand an der Reception (hätte gerne mein Gepäck noch deponiert)

In diesem Chaosbetrieb gibt es sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal,das allerdings ziemlich überfordert ist!
Das angebotene Zimmer wurde upgegradet!!!

Cons:

Uns wurde ein Minizimmer mit dazugestellter Klimaanlage angeboten-erreichbar über eine enge Holztreppe über 2 Stockwerke.
Es sind insgesamt 3 Hotels in einem zusammenhängendem Gebäude,mal ist hier niemand an der Rezepzion, mal da nicht??

Cons:

The Air Conditioning is a disaster. The first room I got had an *extremely* noisy split air conditioner, which sounded as if something was broken inside. At request I got a new room assigned, which had a monobloc air conditioner, also that extremely noisy, in fact too noisy to be able to sleep even with ear plugs. For a room that heats up because directly under the roof, there should really be a decent AC.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut.
Pros:

An sich super. Nur habe ich ewig mein Zimmer gesucht. Ich musste irgendwo die Treppe hoch und nicht mit dem Fahrstuhl. Dies war nicht ausgeschildert und wurde mir nicht gesagt. Lief also wie ne blöde umher. Sollte besser ausgeschildert sein oder den Gästen sagen.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel für einen Zwischenaufentalt.

Cons:

Panoramarestaurant für das Frühstück viel zu klein für den Andrang von Gästen. Eine Angestellte war überfordert mit dem Abräumen der Tische, neu eindecken und Buffet nachlegen.
Panoramafenster verschmutzt.

Pros:

Posizione ottima direttamente alla stazione e a pochi minuti dal centro. Ho potuto lasciare la valigia per tutto il giorno e passare la sera a prenderla, prima di salire sul treno per il ritorno.

Cons:

Valuto il prezzo un po' alto, ma siccome si trattava del fine settimana con artBasel è normale che sia così. Ci tornerò sicuramente alla prossima occasione.
