Pros:

Der 1. Empfang beim Einchecken war sehr gut, ebenfalls beim Auschecken,....sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Organisation des Frühstücks war eine Kathastrophe, kein freier Platz, auf einen solchen mussten wir relativ lange warten.
Die Qualität des Frühstücks war allerdings in Ordnung, vielfältig, abwechslungsreich....

Perfekter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, das Personal war super freundlich! Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, groß, bequem, gute Ausstattung und das Badezimmer war ebenfalls groß und super ausgestattet! Immer wieder gerne!!

Cons:

Kurzfristig wurden wir in ein anderes angrenzendes Hotel umgebucht.
Dies hat uns nicht so gefallen.
Davon erfuhren wir auch erst beim Check Inn.
Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Die Höhe wurde angegeben aber die Breite nicht. Für grössere SUV kann es problematisch werden.

Pros:

Das Hotel Metropol/ City Inn sind alle beieinander. Wir haben ein gratis Update für das Hotel Metropol bekommen, was im Preis teurer ist als das City Inn. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Lage ist unmittelbar beim Hauptbahnhof Basel gelegen, perfekt mit Tramstationen und Parkanlage. Die Zimmer sind gut und funktional eingerichtet mit Kaffeemaschine. Die Baselkarte (Gratis Tram/Bus) ist im Preis drin, Frühstück ist im 8. Stock mit einer tollen Aussicht.

Cons:

Statt einer Badewanne wäre eine Dusche besser, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit.

Ár-érték arány rendben, óvaros, közlekedési eszközök közelben,kényelmesen elérhető.aki átutazóban,annak kifejezetten ajánlható.Recepción kedves eligazitás.Csomagot kicsekkolás után is még ott hagyhattuk,amíg a városban voltunk.Felső emeleti reggeliztetés.

Légkondicionálás nem állítható.Függöny annyira nem sötétített.Fürdőben nem volt szappan,nem volt feltöltve. Reggelinél bár 9kor mentünk nem volt már visszatöltve a kínálat,ettől függetlenül finom volt minden.
