Fabulous hospitality. Clean Rooms and Great location to hop in anywhere in the city. Alice Receptionist guided us very well to go around to city. Definitely Recommended if you are visiting Hanoi. All staff is very polite.
The q boutique hotel was very easy to access being on the edge of the old town area however although on a main road near a busy bridge the room was very quiet at night. I occasionally heard people in the corridor but not enough noise to ever wake me from my sleep in a very comfortable bed with crisp clean sheets . The bathroom was also very good and cleaned excellently every day. The reception staff were always friendly and I think I only opened the front door once their door guys are very alert. The breakfast is on level 9 and has a wonderful view across the river the staff there were able to explain what some of the buildings i could see were. What i thought was a sports stadium turned out to be the war museum.
The restaurant is also a bar where during happy hour i ran up a million dong bar bill. I can say that Bob the barman makes excellent cocktails especially the Q signature cocktail. I asked if they had fresh mint for the mojito Bob checked said yes then made me two very nice mojitos with baccardi rum. It was lovely having a drink on the roof deck until driven inside by a monsoon storm while watching Bob furiously bring in the cushions and covering the furniture, he is a very hard-working and polite young man and a very good bar man 👨.
I can definitely recommend staying at q boutique hotel.
When I arrived at 1 am the night shift had Locked the front door and I had to knock loudly to wake them that was the only drama I had while staying there. It didn't stop me extending my stay to one week.

La ubicación perfecta súper bien comunicado tanto si llegas en bus como en taxi desde el aeropuerto. En la calle tienes muchos cafés y restaurantes pero la habitación es muy silenciosa y tranquila ,la cama más cómoda que tuvimos en todo el viaje.Un punto a favor la terraza en la azotea para el desayuno

Spéciale dédicace pour Abee qui a géré notre séjour et même nos excursions en dehors de Hanoï !
Une petite salle de fitness serait la cerise sur le gâteau... C'est un détail.
