Yesterday I left part of my heart in Tivoli in general but in Residenze Gregoriane in particular .
An enchanting , historic, luxurious place to stay .
Our suite was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The outdoor terrace overlooking the Aniene River was a great place to relax.
The stunning courtyard where we enjoyed aperitivi and sumptuous breakfasts was like stepping back in time to a bygone era . Everywhere we looked we could admire richly decorated walls , softened by very healthy potted plants.
Other people have mentioned the pool ..it’s stunning..make time for it !
Walking distance to many restaurants and bars …if you like delicious food and equally delicious wine make sure you try Avec 55 . Less than 100 m away . Run by passionate, talented chef/owner Raoul.
Last but by no means least it is of course the people who make a place . Giovanni and Elisa were so welcoming and friendly , helpful , enthusiastic and we loved talking to them , at every opportunity! . Their English is very good but they were so kind and patient with our ( not good ) Italian .
I really hope we can return one day 🤞

Rezeptionist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, beste Empfehlung Restaurant. Zimmer sehr großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Gibt nix zu meckern!! Frühstück sehr liebevoll und nobel angerichtet. Parkplatz fast vis a vis.

침실‐거실-욕실이 각각 다른 공간으로 분리된 아주 넓은 15세기 이탈리아 전통 호텔이 너무 인상적이었습니다. 특히 실내 온수 풀장은 매우 넓고 우리만 단독으로 이용 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 강가에 바로 면한 넓은 프라이빗한 테라스는 저녁시간을 보내기에 너무 좋았습니다.
직원들이 매우 친절하여 나무랄곳 없는 숙박시설로 강력히 추천 합니다. 로마 근처 빌라데스테와 하드리안 별궁을 관광하기에 최적의 숙박시설입니다.

A perfect location — within minutes you can reach Villa D’Este, Residenza Gregoriana, or the Temple of Sibyl. And the excellent Sibylla restaurant is just a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel has a distinctive character, reflected not only in the rooms but also in all its common areas. A major advantage is the private parking located directly beneath the hotel. A small but delightful touch is the welcome coffee served in the beautiful courtyard with its original stucco decorations.
However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the breakfast. Wonderfully presented in a cozy, beautifully decorated room — with alpaca cutlery, creative arrangements, and delicious food.
We’ve enjoyed many excellent and lavish breakfasts, even with champagne or prosecco, in five-star hotels — but they all pale in comparison to the magical morning experience of the absolutely extraordinary breakfast at Residenze Gregoriane – Residenza d’Epoca.
It alone justifies the higher room rate — it makes the hotel truly atmospheric and unforgettable.

The experience was wonderful, Giovanni is very kind and always ready to help you with everything. The breakfast is very unique and if you don't find what you're looking for, they find a way to provide it to you. The location is fantastic, just few steps away from Villa D'Este and the city center.

Wie aus einer anderen Zeit., Direkt in der Stadt Villa d‘Este zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Auto gut abbestellt und von den freundlichen Mitarbeitern des Hauses gut versorgt.

Absolute pleasure to stay in this very special place. Short walk to Villa d’Este and restaurants. Private parking across the road. Lovely breakfast beautifully served. Aperitif in the wonderful courtyard. Spacious bedroom and a charming terrace.
