Pros:

I had requested for early check in and I was checking out the same day but they deline and charge me 280 well it's ok for me as the check in time was 11am

Cons:

But no water in the bathroom i went to reception 2 time about the problem still not rectified i couldn't take shower and use toilet before leaving i never had this kind of experience in my life

Pros:

Staff is helpful but facilities zero . The location is good.

Cons:

They can do a lot better. No hot water. No fans working. Electricity goes is a different issue they don’t have generator as well atleast some basics things they shud have had.

Charm and Comfort
Pros:

It was a good location with surrounding areas with restaurants, places to shop etc. It was closer for my bus connection

Pros:

Room was neat, very spacious. The staff were always there to assist me when I called. The food was nice in the restaurant. The bed was comfortable. I like the stay

Cons:

I noticed there is a lot of dust on the door frame, the sink is leaking, the bed is clean, there are some problems with the elevator.
