Семейный отель в самом центре Ханоя
Pros:

Это семейный отель, мы познакомились не только с персоналом, но и с очаровательным котом (по которому потом легко было найти адрес, он спал на пороге) и собакой хозяев. Завтраки подаются по меню, готовят при вас в соседней кухне, быстро и вкусно. Кофе отличный. Номер был на 4 этаже, дизайн немного уставший, вид с балкона на соседнее здание (отель в самом центре старого города, до train street 5 минут пешком, до Озера возвращенного меча и ночного рынка минут 15). В отеле также помогут организовать экскурсию. В номере кондиционер и вентилятор.

Cons:

Сложно найти отель - вывеска не на улице, а в глубине переулка; вход через экскурсионное агенство. В ванной комнате душ старается утопить всю комнату - нет разделения на ванную и туалет/кабину.

Està ben situat a un carrer paral.lel al carrer del tren. Hi han cafeteries al voltant per esmorzar i bugaderia.
Ens van oferir fruita a l'arribar. Ens van gestionar el bus cap a Ha Long.

Cons:

La recepció és caòtica amb maletes de clients acumulades. No té ascensor.

Pros:

The rooms are okay and spacious. It is located in a quiet street but still in a walking distance to attractions. The owner woman was super kind and helpful for everything you need. She always greets you with a smile and asks if you need anything or how your day was. She even let me check out a little later. And I was hungry while checking out and I asked if they serve lunch so I can pay and eat. She just offered me from their own food for free. This is the kindest gesture of a host that I will never forget.

Lovely host not lovely room

The host was lovely very kind to my kids and attentive offering us drinks and fruit as well as helping carry our cases to the room

Cons:

Arrived at the property and left within 12 hours, sadly it was not a good experience. Originally we were meant to be on the 4th floor but we were moved to the 3rd. After you walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor the humidity and heat hits. Once we got into our room and this is really where it all started. Mould covered walls, curtains, the smell and the room was just damp in the air. The mould has sadly been painted over and there are patches of “furry” mould on the ceiling. So much so we all struggled to breathe and my wife left at 7am because she couldn’t stay any longer. The host allowed us to cancel and pay for one night. We left the next morning.

Extremely nice staff / family, very good place to stay in Hanoi.
Pros:

The staff / family was extremely nice , helped us to organize our trip to Sapa. The accommodation fully fulfilled our expectations. Next time I would also stay in the place.
