Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this small, charming hotel. We arrived late at night and were hungry, so we asked if anything was still open. The lovely girl working there kindly offered to make us soup herself! ❤️ It was absolutely delicious and such a sweet gesture.

The whole stay was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you for making us feel so at home. We would happily come back!

Chambre pas très propre, pas de nettoyage de la chambre pendant le séjour, les toilettes et la douche sont dehors et sur un autre étage, pas de l'eau chaude

Bien para pasar un par de días en Hanoi
Pros:

La ubicación, las camas súper cómodas. El desayuno tenía bastantes opciones. Te ofrecían dejar las maletas y además ducharte una vez habías dejado la habitación. En general la dueña resolutiva, dispuesta a ayudar. Nos dieron una habitación mejor que la que teníamos reservada gratis.

Cons:

Las fotos no están muy actualizadas ya que no lo han mantenido muy bien y no se corresponde con la realidad.

Not a great experience.
Pros:

The staff were nice and inviting… very caring, The breakfast was nice. Great location

Cons:

They seriously need an electrician., I didn’t feel safe in that place at all. There’s no fire alarms. The rooms were not cleaned daily. We asked for our washing to be done in the morning and I went there at 3pm and it was still sitting there.. we had an early flight to catch the next morning..I wanted to be in. Bed early.. after constant messaging it was 10pm before it arrived.
The rooms are very dirty!

The owner and her staff were out of this world. If I could give more than 10 I would. Perfume took care of my week long trips. Amazing company

The most warm, unique, and welcoming place I’ve ever stayed in Vietnam.
Pros:

Perfumes Cozy House is like a home away from home.
Perfume quickly became like a sister to me and the entire staff became family. If you want a home stay experience unlike any other in Hanoi you must stay here.

personnel très attentionné, petite assiette de fruit à l’arrivée et toujours d’accord de garder les sacs avant/après et de prendre une douche après le check-out
chambre spacieuse bien équipée (frigo et bouilloire) et emplacement idéal (juste derrière la train street mais très calme !)

Cons:

nous n’avons pas trop aimé le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Po 24 godzinach podróży przyjechałem kilka godzin przed godziną zakwaterowania nie było wolnego pokoju więc spokojnie udałem się na miasto i około godziny 14:00 pojawiłem się ponownie była to godzina zakwaterowania pani właścicielka stwierdziła że mój pokój jeszcze nie jest gotowy zapytałem za ile będzie gotowe i ponownie wyszedłem w hotelu wróciłem po dwóch godzinach więc około 16:00 i pokój był jeszcze nie gotowy w trakcie sprzątania uważam że to niepoważne traktowanie gości tłumaczono mi że mieli dużo gości a ja to niby kim jestem. To nie była miła sytuacja tym bardziej że byłem bardzo zmęczony po podróży poza tym pokój jak na warunki wietnamskie w porządku chociaż jest sporo drobnych niedociągnięć ale to nie jest istotne położenie jest bardzo dobre

Warm en fijn verblijf
Pros:

Het personeel was zo vriendelijk! Ik moest na uitchecken nog 9u wachten op de nachtbus, ik mocht mijn backpack achterlaten en bij terugkomst werd aangeboden dat ik nog even kon douchen. Daarnaast is het ontbijt echt super lekker! Je zit binnen een kwartiertje lopen van alle hotspots in Hanoi.

Cons:

They said they would pick me up from the airport but didn’t show, had to get a taxi instead. Also said they had booked ha long bay cruise tour however no mention so did this myself.
