Perfume est formidable !
Pros:

Perfume est une pépite 😍 ainsi que toutes les filles qui travaillent à l'hôtel!
Tellement gentille et prévenante avec tous ses clients. Elle nous a organisé nos trips à Sapa et à la baie d"Halong de façon personnalisée à notre écoute. Elle a fait faire du scooter aux enfants, nous a aidé pour réserver des bus.
On a eu la super chambre familiale. A 5 c'était parfait. Petit déjeuner délicieux tous les matins.
Et en + la guesthouse est située à 5 minutes de la rue du train !
Incroyable tout ça au même endroit.

The food was good. Staffs were accommodating and pleasant.

Cons:

Poor facilities. No exhaust fan inside the washroom. Sleepers had foul smell. TV is not working. They never clean nor make up the room, during our stay. You have to ask for new towels downstairs.

Fantastic place to stay and a highlight of our experience in Hanoi.
Pros:

The property was fantastic. The beds were large and comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was amazing. The hospitality was unmatched, I stayed with 3 friends here and we all agreed that the stay was a highlight of our trip. I typically don’t even write reviews, but the hospitality of perfume (who runs perfumes cozy house) and her family was unmatched. We loved the stay and couldn’t recommend it more.

Pros:

Famille très gentille, généreuse et accueillante, qui trouve des solutions à tout ! Ils nous ont spontanément surclassé pour que nous soyons plus à l'aise en famille. La literie était confortable et l'immeuble si calme que nous avons pu dormir sans boules quies pour la 1ère fois depuis 1 mois.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The location is great also!

Cons:

The hot water had to be turned on 10 mins before each shower and we couldn’t use the AC and hot water at the same time. It also would’ve been nice to have a refresh on the room during our 5 day stay.

Очень хороший гостевой дом, по соотношению цена-качество прекрасен. Отзывчивые хозяева, могут помочь со всем: билеты, бронь, туры, обмен и т.д. обращаться можно без сомнения. Звонки включены, хорошие и в локальном стиле. Если окажусь в Ханое - приеду ещё раз.

I enjoyed my time at Perfume's Cozy, the family was so nice and helped me to arrange a tour outside Hanoi, and other stuff that i asked.
Highly recommend to stay in there, as well quite near the Train Road.
