Dobra lokalizacja, ale raczej na krótki pobyt.
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra – blisko Train Street, niedaleko jest też market, więc na krótkie zwiedzanie to miejsce idealne. Śniadanie zawierało dodatkowe owoce, a na powitanie otrzymaliśmy bezpłatny napój oraz owocowy poczęstunek, co po podróży było bardzo miłym gestem. Właścicielka podarowała nam również prezent na odjaz i załatwiła tańszy transport na lotnisko. W pokoju była lodóweczka i czajnik.

Cons:

Hotel, jak się okazało, jest rozłożony na kilka budynków znajdujących się obok siebie. Ponieważ byliśmy dużą grupą i chcieliśmy być razem, zaproponowano nam pokoje bliżej siebie. Finalnie jednak nie było to dla nas korzystne w porównaniu do tego, co pierwotnie zamówiliśmy. Dwa pokoje były w sumie OK, ale trzeci nie miał okna, za to wentylacja zaciągała zapachy z kuchni. Łazienki widziały już zdecydowanie lepsze czasy, ale były w niej szczoteczki i mydełka, więc na krótki pobyt da radę. Zapewne w obiekcie jest sporo pokoi w różnym standardzie, ale te otrzymane przez nas mogłyby być lepsze.

Lovely accommodation
Pros:

Staff and value for money was amazing!! The hostess could not have been nicer and even upgraded our room for free. The stay includes breakfast of fruit coffee or tea and also a main (eg eggs, pancakes etc). Location is brilliant only a 10/15min walk to the very center of the old town (lake)

La localisation de l hotel..
et la grande taille de la chambre.
Personnel agréable !!!

Établissement un peu fouillis et donne pas trop envie d y rentrer
La chambre un peu vieillotte porte sdb qui ne ferme pas , trou au plafond..

La ubicación

Cons:

La limpieza, no hubo servicio de habitaciones. No limpiaron, no quitaron la basura, no dejaron papel higiénico y no cambiaron las toallas.
Las fotos no se adecuaban a la realidad, hay mucha diferencia entre lo que vimos en las fotos y la realidad.
El desayuno es muy escaso.
Contratamos con la dueña del hostal el traslado a otra zona de Vietnam y nos dijo inicialmente que a las 9 de la mañana. La noche antes de marcharnos le tuvimos que escribir para confirmar la hora y resulta que nos la había cambiado a las 15:00 sin consultarnos ni avisarnos. Da la impresión que una vez que cobra, le da igual lo que haya acordado con sus clientes.
Por último, nos preguntó varias veces si le habíamos pagado la estancia y los distintos servicios. Os recomiendo pedir un recibo porque es un descontrol y te hace sentir como si tú le debieras algo.

Super. Je conseille.
Pros:

Un très beau séjour, le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous. Très très serviable. Très bien situé. Ne vous fiez pas à la devanture car les chambres sont très belles, grandes et agréables. Très bonne Clim. Je conseille. Nous étions une famille de 5 avec ados.
