Pros:

La propriétaire était attentionnée, gentille et compréhensive. En partant pour deux jours à Sapa, elle a bien voulu garder nos valises. Et pour le petit-déjeuner, toujours des fruits frais et j'adore les fruits.
Elle nous a aidés pour planifier notre séjour sur Hanoï et visiter les alentours, elle nous a même réservé le bus-couchette pour partir sur Hué.
Vous pouvez lui demander de faire les réservations, sans problème. L'accueil a été chaleureux et enthousiaste. Je le recommande vivement, nous avons visité à pied Hanoï wans problème.

Pros:

Great location close to beer street , train streets and good restaurants. Perfume is a good host. The place can exchange currency and book cabs which were helpful in our travel.

Отличный номер. Но мне повысили уровень номера с душевой в номере.
Pros:

Отличный отель за эти деньги. Чистый номер и кровать. Ожидал погрязнее( заехал почти в 12 ночи.
Утром понравился завтрак на выбор и у меня вкусный омлет был. У людей рядом фо было достойное.
В номере было 2 бутылки воды и пакетики чая(но чайник я не нашел)))

Cons:

Душ не много низко расположен. Но это не критично)

Verry good and Nice people, and good location. Breakfast also verry delicous. They fix my taxi to airport, they provide Some water when I arrive. Overall verry Nice hotel. Thao is verry helpfull of you have any questions.

Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani Właścicielka. Miejsce bardzo klimatyczne, posiadające wszystko co trzeba. Wspaniała lokalizacja. Bardzo polecam to miejsce!!!
