Good stay
Pros:

Its a good hotel room with enough space for luggage. Next to a metro station and a castle, close to grocery stores. Everything works the ac is fantastic

Cons:

The beds were kinda hard but you get used to it

Pros:

三条商店街が近くにあり、バス停まで徒歩2分、
二条城駅も近く、利便性が高い立地でした。
卯今という小料理屋さんが斜向かいにありごはんも充実しました

強いて言うならやや手狭でしたが、
利便性の良さが上回ります。

A comfortable stay with excellent facilities and good value for money.
Pros:

Check-in was quick and easy. The receptionist who welcomed us spoke excellent English, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Location was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience with the receptionist on the night shift was quite different. She didn’t speak English, which we understand isn’t always expected, but she came across as unfriendly and unapproachable. It felt like she didn’t enjoy working with guests, which made the interaction less pleasant. Overall, though, we had a good stay.
